JMS dropped again. Only 3.8m traded last night and SP now AUD 0.37. Bid AUD 0.365. Value of the RRR's holding here slipping away, the shares locked away in escrow, not that this really makes any difference imo. AB isn't ever likely to sell the JMS shares imo.

Last night's trading of JMS on the ASX saw the lowest volume yet I believe at a pitiful 2.87m. The JMS SP has now fallen to AUD 0.375. It appears there is very little appetite for Jupiter shares at the current (imo) over-hyped and over-priced SP. At the IPO price of AUD 0.40 the rampsters here were keen to tell us that the shares were worth �4m. Since the IPO (only 18th April) approx. �200,000 of the share's value has been lost. A paper loss obviously but still not good. The Jupiter holding here (18m+ shares) is locked away in escrow and looks unlikely to be released until Jupiter release their next annual report in 2019. I wonder where the JMS SP will be by that time?! Is this yet another RNS put out which no-one bothered to check over?! How many shares are there? Is it 537,093,423 or is it 536,012,471 Whoever drafted the RNS seems not to be decided. Aren't these things checked by the NOMAD?

@Liarbank So JMS Divi is understood. That's 1 out of 4. El Limon royalties have been pitiful to non-existent. Could you explain please how Steelmin can be classed as "income stream"? There is no royalty involved that I know of and they aren't even in production yet. Production was supposed to happen in Jan, then March, then April and now May. It really doesn't look sterling at this point. Regardless, on what possible basis are you suggesting this is an income stream? Item 4, vapourware. So realistically just the 1 income stream at this time with El Limon trickling alongside. It's this kind of Billy BS half information that gets mugpunters into trouble imo. All imo. DYOR.

Another �19k sell today. Assuming this is still Mr Gyllenhammar then with the 3m sold last week that should surely trigger another holding RNS shortly. It really is a slow plodding drip dip. SP has done well to hold up thus far I think but PG still has 45m more to sell if he is clearing out. Won't be long before the ramp squad come back to hype up Steelmin production if it gets started in May !

Never ever listen to rampers imo. Always seek the FULL picture and DYOR.

Again correct ludeck. 119m more shares to come at 0.8p from the outstanding CLNs if/when they are converted 180m more shares at 0.89-0.9p to come if when the "in the money" warrants are exercised as below: 8,333,333 exercisable at 0.90 pence expires - 03.09.2018 97,023,801 exercisable at 0.84 pence expires - 13.11.2018 75,000,000 exercisable at 0.80 pence expires - 22.08.2018 (NB: 1m of the 97m warrants at 0.84p have just been exercised) The warrants above would raise about �1.5m if they were all exercised. Money that would go into the RRR coffers rather than shareholder's pockets whilst in the meantime shareholders would suffer the increase in share issue at those prices 0.8p-0.9p. There are currently 536m shares in issue so the 119m and 179m above would take it to 834m, an increase in share issue of 56%. On top of all the above we have large investor Peter Gyllenhammar selling down his considerable holding. He had 14% and is currently down to 9.83% which is still 50m shares. Collectively the CLNs, warrants and PG selling will imo keep the SP suppressed here for many weeks to come. The much touted and over-hyped Jupiter IPO has been the latest "damp squib" and has failed utterly to generate buying volume or any kind of re-rate

Looks like Steelmin production has slipped . . . . again ! So they were supposedly going to start production in March, then that became April, and now it has become May. Never fear, when production actually IS about to begin you can be sure there will be a team of shameless rampers suddenly appearing to hype it all up. I note that Jupiter trading volume picked up slightly yesterday at about 10m but it's still tiny for a company with 1.95 billion shares in issue imo. JMS SP is still below the IPO price. If that situation persists come December then the RRR JMS shares will remain locked in escrow until probably June next year (according to my reading of the escrow agreement posted by DS).

Huge 3m sell last night.. Have to assume it is PG continuing to sell down his holding. GL to him, he is making a modest profit and called it completely right. Rampers, as ever, called this completely wrong. Jupiter SP hasn't taken off as they predicted, in fact market demand for the JMS shares has fallen completely off. 54m traded on the first day, only 3.7m on the most recent trading day. Rampers have predictably scuttled away, now working other share boards. Hope people did their own research and didn't buy the ramping spiel.

The damp squib that was the Jupiter IPO just goes on. Since they relisted, trading volume has simply steadily decreased. Where have all the shameless rampers gone who were bigging it up with wild valuations? I see from Friday's RNS that the 0.84p warrants have begun being exercised. There are millions of warrants currently in the money so lots more shares to come: Warrants ======= 8,333,333 @0.90p = �75,000 95,942,849@0.84p = �815,000 75,000,000 @0.80p = �600,000 Plus there are the remeining 119m shares @ 0.8p to come from the outstanding conervtible loan notes if/when they are converted. RRR website info on warrants has not been updated since 5th April so still showing the 0.66p warrants which were exercised on the 13th.
