JMS volume on first day was around 54m. Some have speculated that LTHs of Jupiter shares took the opportunity to cash them in quickly at the iPO price. According to the link Daniel Sklan provided yesterday the shares are locked in Escrow for possibly up to June 2019 imo. 50% can be released when Jupiter release their half year report (which is usually in December) and only then IF the JMS VWAP has been at least 20% higher than the IPO price for 20 consecutive trading days. The other 50% are only released when Jupiter release their end of year report (usually in June). Not that it makes a sot of difference because AB isn't likely to sell those shares anyway to release their cash value for shareholders. He will imo sit on them as they are about the only thing underpinning the MCAP here.

Good spot there Daniel. Details of the Escrow agreement for the JMS shares. I did of course note the rather typical woolly statement in the recent RRR Half Year report which said: "RRR has agreed . . . to hold the remaining 18,524,914 shares in escrow for a period after listing" The report neglected to state what that Escrow period is. Your link provides the answers if I have read it correctly. It basically says that 50% of the shares in escrow will be locked there until Jupiter release their half year financials to 31 Aug 2018 (which are usually published in December) AND provided that the JMS VWAP over 20 consecutive days has been 20% or more above the IPO price. The other 50% of the shares in escrow are there until Jupiter publish their Annual Accounts for year ending 28 February 2019 (usually published in June). This is my interpretation of what I read but people should read it and check for themselves in case I have misread it.

You are simply underpinning the fact that an investment directly with Jupiter itself is infinitely better than an investment here. Jupiter shareholders get cash in their pockets from the cash distributions, so surely it's a no brainer to buy JMS shares. RRR on the other hand have had 3 nice cash payments from Jupiter and not a penny of it was passed onto RRR shareholders. But �1m worth of CLNs were issued here at 0.8p and hundreds of millions of warrants have been issued to boot all of which shareholders will have to brace themselves for in the near future imo. It's clear to see which of these 2 companies values its shareholders the most imo.

The IPO will be a damp squib imo. RRR already own their JMS shares and have done for years. The markets are well aware of them and have a view as to their value. That value has always imo underpinned the MCAP here. Jupiter have performed 3 share buyback exercises which delivered cash into the RRR coffers. Therefore the markets know what value Jupiter themselves wanted people to attribute to their shares, but despite that, the MCAP here remains where it is. Conclusion . . the markets have already made their minds up what the JMS shares here are worth imo. Everything else is hopes and dreams and ramping spiel the like of which LTHs have seen spouted over and over for many years. The "sum of the parts" rhetoric is a sleight of hand being used constantly. It doesn't work for AIM diluters imo and regardless that "list of parts" always conveniently excludes the current liabilities and the massive increase in the number of shares that will likely occur. There are 119m more shares at 0.8p to come from the outstanding CLNs when they are converted There are 180m more shares at prices 0.8p. 0.84p and 0.9p to come from the warrants if/when they are exercised. Then there's the fact that company also requested and was granted authority to issue up to 500m more shares here this year (at the last AGM). This doesn't guarantee that any/all of that allocation will be used, but the authority to issue remains nevertheless. It therefore has to be factored in. None of the above important aspects feature in the shameless ramper's "sum of the parts" MCAP valuations so I pay no heed to their spiel at all and resolve to research the full story.

The smart move is surely to invest directly in Jupiter because it is Jupiter that has been handing out cash to its shareholders albeit via share buy backs. If you hold Jupiter shares then any dividends paid will go into YOUR pocket, whereas if RRR receives dividends well the cash goes into the company coffers. RRR have received 3 cash hand outs now from Jupiter and not a penny was passed on to RRR shareholders. It's plain to see where the better investment lies imo. I'm ignoring the ramping numpties on here looking to make a quick buck from hapless mug punters imo. They will only give out half the salient info, always harping on about cash in the bank (which is not cash in shareholders pockets!) but neglecting to mention the other important factors, the outstanding CLNs (119m more shares @ 0.8p to come there when converted), the many millions of warrants currently in the money that may get exercised (180m more shares there) and of course any liabilities that remain. So it's important to DYOR here imo and then make an informed decision.

As I predicted/stated many times the warrants due to expire have been exercised. Nice little rise to help them sell into it seems ! Today's were just a handful of the many millions that are "in the money" which now leaves: 8,333,333 exercisable at 0.90 pence expires - 03.09.2018 97,023,801 exercisable at 0.84 pence expires - 13.11.2018 75,000,000 exercisable at 0.80 pence expires - 22.08.2018 So another 180m shares to come there at those prices Then there are these also: 20,000,000 exercisable at 2.20 pence - expires 20.06.2019 30,937,500 exercisable at 1.40 pence - expires 30.04.2019 7,812,500 exercisable at 1.60 pence - expires 20.12.2019 On top of all this there remain 119m worth of shares at 0.8p for the outstanding Convertible Loan Notes.

Helpful, Colin's sarcasm is entirely justified. Updates for El Limon disappeared in the latter stages when it was in RRR's control. Since the sale, there have been scant updates on royalty revenues. Only one quarter last year was reported then all went quiet. Extremely obvious why imo. There have also been very few updates on Shoats Creek revenues. Again obvious why imo. Why would anyone expect Steelmin to be treated any differently? And FYI, RRR own a number of shares in Regency Mines and thus the Rosa debacle and other projects there are most certainly of interest to RRR shareholders.

"Paid off debt 4.3m euro" Nothing like cherry picking the news is there?! The debt was paid off by refinancing with a Luxembourg Investment Vehicle so the debt simply sits with someone else now but the news article neglects to mention that. Also doesn't mention the other EUR 3m they borrowed from Christof Industries and OeKb, Osterreicheische Kontrollbank AG.
