havegun / when I spoke to him Sunday he said the prospectus is ok just needs rubber stamping by the listing agent , we should list in a couple of months , he has to get a nomad and is looking at 3 of them as we speak and shouldn`t be a problem there.

Hi unvrkw / I tried calling his number but he was engaged , he just called me back , lucky because I was on the call for about 30 minutes otherwise would have been a few quid. that's what he needs to do is go on the whatsapp then it is free .

I had a long chat with SB yesterday , CICC seems to be pasted now just needs the rubber stamp and a nomad, I mentioned to him about Beaufort Securities , he said he was a where about it , I said I was signing up with another broker as my account is with Beaufort , he said moving unlisted shares are a problem but he can do it still once listed or near listing, we haven't lost them what ever , infact he was very helpful , there are quite a few CICC accounts in Beauforts so shouldn`t worry , he is in contact with other brokers etc .

there is a lot of jigging about with the B shares but again they cant trade them same as the A shares , they both still need a platform which is the most important part but they should be able to next month hopefully hense the end part of the RNS A separate announcement is to be made in the very near future detailing the trading platform in Europe and information circular.

I spoke to Beauforts today they know nothing about we have to pay �57 pounds for each of our shares going on the Frankfurt exchange ,they have never heard of anyone having to do this .

Thanks for the info `havegun` , it is a matter of waiting but at least we will all know where we stand if one of the 3 take us on , I would think they would be pretty used to this so they will know if they want to take us on or not , it has gone this far and with the latest prospectus out it should all happen soon IMO.

Lolster , ok , strange that they advised me to move not that it really matters but I had some in both and now have moved them over so I will leave them there .

Anyone with Beauforts , you must move your online shares in either CIC Gold or CIC Fund to your Beaufort Broker account , if you have only got an online account open one with a Beaufort Broker as you can`t trade online outside the LSE . it is very simple process and can all be completed in a couple of hours . I only found out yesterday afternoon .

macnai / I think you will find that is listing as well as CIC Gold , they are both listing unless I have read it wrong but going over the RNS a couple of times i think i am right .

Aymesco1 / I have just been in contact with my broker this morning,he says he keeps checking on any new updates from the company and nothing new at present , ie no news on listing . I thought we might get a date on relisting even if it was next month , i am sure we wont get a message from the company one day and list the next , i would think at least 4 weeks notice on listing .

UM now looking at that RNS it is B class shares he is talking about ,but the company seems to be using Clearstream as the registrar so they must be using the same registrar for A class shares ,why would B class shares beable to trade before A class shares and the platform has been chosen Xetra .

Ok , I have brought the last RNS forward so folk don`t have to look to far back but it may be worth remembering what the RNS said about getting your shares registered , he has made it quite clear in the last RNS so best do as follows . Hense . CIC Fund share holders should contact the Company or their Nominee urgently to confirm the shareholding gained on CIC Gold and CIC Capital through the share dividends issued so that trading expected in August 2017 will be orderly. Not sure about the bonus shares but new shares are getting issued on a euro exchange , should hear more in the next week it looks like .

If I remember from the last RNS SB want to go through the Euro exchange and the LSE , well Crest is for LSE and the Euro has their own one which I cant remember it`s name , my broker told me who it was , but all shares have to go through them first anyway , all shares not just CICC have to go through a registrar ,so everyone should get their shares all at the same time to trade with , I know some are moving to new brokers , well their share will still have to go through the registrar but should be straight forward to change from one broker to the other in time, last time when we all had new shares and I change brokers my shares were with my new broker before anyone could trade theirs , I wasn`t left behind watching everyone trade and me still sorting things out lol .

Ok , I have been in touch with my broker and SB had been in touch with Beauforts action group and had sent things over but it still needs to go through Crest or the Euro exchange that has to registrar the shares , it is looking more positive and if the Euro exchange does happen then we all should know very soon , but the difference with some of you , you are moving to a new broker who hasnt got the new exchange just yet but will very soon like the rest of us , i dont think you have got anything ye to worry about if you are in Barx ,if we are joining the German exchange you to will know soon as well.
