CIC Gold (LSE: CICG) confirms that that, following the application by the Company on 24 April 2017, the UK Listing Authority has cancelled the listing of Company's ordinary shares (ISIN: SC0665AHDJ29) (the "Ordinary Shares") on the Official List and the London Stock Exchange has cancelled the admission to trading of the Ordinary Shares on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities, in each case with effect from 8.00 a.m. (London time) today.

CIC Gold Group Limited ("CIC Gold" or the "Company") Corporate Update CIC Gold (LSE: CICG) confirms that that, following the application by the Company on 24 April 2017, the UK Listing Authority to cancel the listing of Company's ordinary shares (ISIN: SC0665AHDJ29) (the "Ordinary Shares") on the Official List and the London Stock Exchange subject to approval by the regulator, the cancellation would take effect on the 25 May 2017 .

i suppose we will loose the CICG bb so will need to go back to the general bb again after the 24th May. if we join the Chinese stock exchange we will have to join their bb , hope you all can write in Chinese lol.

CORPORATE ACTION : CIC GOLD GROUP LTD The company has announced its intention to cancel its listing on the Main Market of the LSE subject to Listing Rule 5.2.8, with cancellation expected to become effective at 08:00am on 24th May 2017. On completion the company will seek a listing on a Designated Exchange whereby the true value of the ordinary shares can be reflected. Further information will be provided as it becomes available. i think TW has a lot to answer to on this BB ,deramping to the hilt , maybe we need to send the link over to SB .

Well jonjo you got a nice reply there and thanks for sharing ,I think we are all a bit cheesed off the relisting is taking so long , I have always thought it is the FSA which are taking their time and not SB or any of the BOD in CIGG or CICF ,we just have to tuff it out and hope the company is doing the biz with the new asset while we all wait for relisting , I know we get a poster on here and keeps knocking SB and co ,but I to have spoken to SB and seems a fair bloke and not one that wants to shaft his shareholders , also a couple have said they have written their shares off , well I haven`t , soon enough we will be relisting with a great asset , worth the wait as the planning is falling into place , once again thanks for posting your reply from CICG certainly shows signs of encouragement , GL

Ok Thanks Konar , um not looking good if that is the case , though I thought B shares are ones that are given out and tradeable at a given time , have to wait and see .

Just checking statements ,Had CICC capital common shares that got no value , then same amount of CICC Seychelles no value , Then on that same account CICG with just under 20,000 which was given to us by SB when he gave free shares with a little value , I missed out on the Free shares in CICC Seychelles for some reason , Then on another account have a holding in CICG which were all bought , Not sure if that makes sense to you Konar.
