Stu ... I dont think the RNS is disappointing but yes the market reaction is. This is purely because people will not buy in big time yet until they have some clarity on timelines. if they knew it was days, this would be over 3p but since it could be weeks, people are going to wait until much closer rather than lock up their money. Uncertainty in timelines (Unless u can wait indefinately) will create this lack of buying

Also, until the company gets real visibility outside LSE and a few viewers, it will always be ignored even with a solid update like today !!!!

dhub ... I agree there is hardly any interest for people to buy in at this silly price. For any buys, its amazing even with the upbeat news today, there are still plenty of sellers and they will not allow this price to rise.

We just have to wait until the IND RNS comes out and then there will be publicity and movement. Very frustrating and surprised that all that really informative solid pumping from BUTCHERS has not created a buying frenzy. Maybe he is the one who is suddenly going to actually buy some stock ... LOLS !!!!

HH .. I was entitled to flip flop. Unlike you i make my decisions on information that is provided to me. I didnt have this until today as we were in a vacuum. You believe in vlad and his integrity and that is fine.

I see this option bucket as a big bonus for vlad when the share price is much higher and so totally agree with your analysis. Understood on the timing as well ... its coincidence

BUT now there is nothing holding this share price back. Volume will return now that shorters are running out of stock. They are still out there keeping the price below 2p but once some real investors return, i agree this will rocket again. That's why I am buying more next week. i think after the bank holiday and some pumping, this will be motor over the next 4 weeks and 4p is possible again.

Overall, it has been a slow ride but I do agree now that this is one of the most undervalued pharma stocks out there. At todays price or even vlads 2.875 option price, this is an absolute steal over the next 2 quarters.

On your 2nd point, I wonder then if something is being structured behind the scene where hemo would get purchased or a large investment would come in from a pharma and that would allow the options to be exercised early. Just trying to understand the timing of this announcement when the share price is sub 2p so could be purchased by vlad anyways ...

Exactly ... so at 2.5p and 2.875 and millions of them. To me they wouldnt issue these unless vlad had a reason to purchase and would be doing at some point soon and he believed the share price would be well over the 2.875p or he would be buying it now below 2p. Good news is definately coming to propel this well beyond 2.875p so he can purchase and make serious profit. GLA

Does this mean that vlad and his wife can procure millions of shares at 2.5p and 2.875 immediately? This smells very good to me in that they wouldnt approve a option scheme where vlad and wife have to purchase at these prices unless they strongly believed the price would reach that quickly and definately on IND completion.

Unless I am totally incorrect, this is a positive RNS that could mean the sandler couple could purchase over 50m shares at 2.5p and 2.875 and will drive this price up dramatically. Great time to buy and this company is now looking very real and good 3 - 6 month punt.

Blastoid ... The problem here is that there are so many shorters in hemo and every time there is a buy it is matched by a sell. The sellers have had their time for the last 3 months as news was shortcoming and lots of question marks. They have all been overcome and now there is not even an issue of money and finances. This is now just a matter of time before it rerates.

I would have to agree with JHFH and HH on this one... this has limited visibility but with these positive statements in the report, a little publicity and most of the sellers running out of steam, this is a stock about to rerate. It went to 4p nearly in January and we are now much closer to IND (and they have spent more time to ensure it succeeds) and great things happening on CBR and CDX. Yes its slow but at below 2p this is an absolute steal and a great buying opp. My positivity is back and I am all in ... like many others will be soon.

Once this moves, it will move again fast but it will need these shorters to be destroyed

delano ... Point taken on the timelines. From what I can read its days or week away and not much longer than that. Also in the past vlad has done private webinars with his "investor friends" to give them more insight so maybe he still will.

As i said, I am happy with the update. Its not ground breaking but doesnt have anything negfative so this is now a great buying opportunity for a wider investor base who can buy in at the low.

If once IND is completed, this could be a company that is worth $50 - $200m mcap, then the additional data on CBR and CDX in this report states some good positive statements as well so this is now really undervalued as a company

They delivered on time and contains nothing negative. Let's hope it gets the visibility it deserves and new buyers come in.

Yes it could have been more pumped up but it is very factual and shows the reality of the situation with IND. They didnt expect it to take this long but it has ... There are only 3 items i would like more clarity on

- How many days or weeks are we away from IND submission? I would like Vlad to do a webinar or the analysts to put this out there since that will create buying of shares
- What is happening with the biodefence application since nothing in here
- What are they planning to do with the funds they raised?

Before you said you couldnt guarantee a 7am RNS but now you keep stating it will come at 7am ... I really hope your confidence in vlad pays off or are you going to be making excuses for him again tomorrow.

OMG ... Get a reality check. HH told you that no one follows me or listens to me. Wake up and smell the coffee that there is no interest in hemo. People are selling off because we are hours away from the deadline for a trading update and there is no smell of anything being released. Nothing to do with my whinging ...

If you believe that shares go and up down based on a few sells / buyers on LSE, then thats even more concerning for a stock like hemo. It needs a miracle now to this past 2p and only vlad / hemo can help that situation

If people believed it would make an impact, they wouldnt be selling off today and for the last 3 weeks. They would be loading up ... its not just 1 person selling but multiple and that says it all sadly.

if 100 people have sold below 2p and 5 people bought why is the share price not 1.5p???

These have been small sells every morning and keep the share price below 2p and the negativity in this stock for a long time. They are shorters or doubters but definately not supporters of hemo. The big sellers sold when vlad announced the placing and the traders left after the january pump and delays in IND became immiment and it went from 4p to below 2.5p !!!

OF COURSE I also know the share price will eventually rerate. I never said it wouldnt. All I state that many on here were led to believe IND would have been submitted after PQ3 and it hasnt (or maybe it has but we dont know and thats part of the problem). Most dont have a time horizon of 10 years like you but if you do, I also believe this will probably be worth pounds and not pence !!!

Thank you sir ... I will be the 1st person to congratulate hemo and vlad if he delivers a mega trading update and RNS and this rerates to anything over 3p. My only agenda is to make money in hemo like many others ... don't need to agree with others views as its a democracy we live in
