Ok maybe the big buy was loading up for the IND update and then all the small traders saw that rise and decided to dump ... this is normally the case until we get more news as traders will play. Oh well ... still blue so good news

HH ... Maybe this 1.3m purchase at 9.40am was matched with the same trader who sold in 2hrs for his 3% profit? There will always be traders at this level right

ok... I dont think sentiment is changing purely on vlads options. Its changing because finally there is nothing negative that should hold this share back anymore. No issue on funds. No issue on IND as we know it will be submitted soon. Only issue is that IND needs to pass but I don't think they would give even the option of options if they didnt believe this would be a foregone conclusion ... these delays say to me all issues have been discussed with FDA and there is a high probability of going clinical

For me that is what i wanted to hear ... the value of comparable clinical pharma companies is between min £50 and £200m market cap so that says a lot about the upside here just on CART. Of course, there will be many traders and shorters who will try to hold this down but with so many shares in issue when IND is announced it bodes well for the future

All I know is that with this stock it is heavily based on sentiment and when it returns with news (As we saw on Friday), the investors come back in large numbers and soon the 2.5p placing price will be long gone. What is clear is that they wouldnt have given share options at 2.875 to Vlad if they didnt believe he would exercise them so that is a clear sign that IND is going to be submitted soon and based on the delays (In fixing any issues they have had), it should pass. Then the sky is the limit and with the limited number of shares in issue above 2.5p, it will be good for people who held

I have been very negative over the last few months and not because only of Hemo timelines but also my own. Nevertheless, after reading and rereading the update from Friday, I am extremely buoyant about the future. Some comments :-

- It's not just about what in the report but also what wasn't. There wasnt any red flags. No statement about funding being required and nothing to state that IND was delayed because of problems but more that they wanted to ensure all the details were correct before they submitted. For me that is what i was waiting for and I am sure many others were as well.
- We are now days or weeks away from submission and knowing the hemo have ensured that it is likely to get FDA approval, this becomes a very appealing and more undervalued stock.
- Most companies are valued at between £50m and $200m so this could be worth 4p to 20p depending on the visibility it receives just for CART
- Any hint of J&J or any other pharma and solid updates on CBR and CDX could really propel this stock. I am also sure that is why the board gave vlad his options as they know it was virtually a cert that this would fly past 3p very soon and he would then be able to exercise those options

I suspect this share would have rocketed on friday but confidence is only coming back now. It will circulate across the markets and people will realise this could explode anything ...

Have a good bank holiday and look forward to some serious upside from Tuesday onwards (I remember how quickly this moved in January on just a CBR update so am looking to purchase more soon).

Actually plenty of big sells ... traders saw the rise bought in and now selling off for their 5% ... normal hemo stuff. They will lose out on the big rise when it happens like in January but their choice

Get a life mate ... you dont own the board. I still have more shares than you will ever have so have full right to say what i want. Its probably u selling off sadly

JHFH ... I will 2nd that. You have much more cred than me so maybe some people will stop selling and hold till next week and we could see a nice rise at the end of the day. Plenty of traders trading this between 2.5 and 2.9 at present and some new buy volume would help move it back towards 2.5p prior to IND news.

Many are not around today as bank holiday long weekend. Next week this will fly as people have the weekend to absorb the fantastic update.

There are still plenty of small sellers out there who continue to match every buy with a sell to stop the rise. Once the volume comes, this will fly past the placing price and anyone buying now is getting a bargain.

Earl ... you are right. Finally something to celebrate. This could rise 20, 30 or 50% in a day since it has been subdued for so long. Once this update gets out over the weekend and maybe vlad will do an interview, this could fly past 4p easily. Many who sold will be back and just a whiff of a connection to a big pharma or IND next week and many including me will be relaxed for the future

Onwards and upwards hemo ... the fireworks have started again (it went from 1.2p to 4p) over a few weeks in January with just a CBR update and we now know we are very close to IND !!!!

I dont know how much you invested so i take that back but all i was saying is that a change in sentiment in the wider audience and some solid buying, this will reward many who have been patient. The challenge is that there is lots of stock out there to be bought and still a few doubters (I am definately not one of them anymore) who keep selling to prevent any rise. Maybe they are doing that to allow the MMs to fill an order u may be right as well there

Anyways, we finally agree. I am not happy with the share price movement but agree that this share normally doesnt move on the day of RNS (look at the past) but does fly the week after (Look at the past) and if an IND RNS comes next week, it would be worth the long wait

I don't do you did but your small purchases will make no difference to the stock price. We know since the placing there have been millions of sells from the 500k+ blocks being sold over months ... maybe 10m or so. It will need some serious buying to get this moving and that means a change in sentiment from the market, a wider investor base and more importantly an IND RNS and then it flies

HFH ... I am trying to remember the last time when one of your predictions came true but cannot. I really do hope that your prediction for an IND RNS next week is that 1st one. What makes you think it is based on no clarity in the update from today that its days and not months? Honest question as if that was truly everyones belief, this would not be lingering around 1.9p i suspect,

Fair point HH ... I dont know whats going on the in background and nor do you so agree on that point. Let's hope it is a big buyers filling an order but time will tell.

What surprises me is that all the 40 positive people you have stated on here, if they all just bought £1k worth of shares, this would start to move so this is positive but most people on here just like to talk about the share rather than actually invest when they see positive news. They would rather wait until there is concrete news and then trade the stock ... that is not known but that is the trend seen with hemo over the years. Very few LTHs but many traders that pump it and this update is not pumpable since doesnt really have anything new to pump
