In the ol days, last print of the week in a distressed stock, used to called weekend narrative management.
The timing is almost too clean. Forensic firm appointed Friday morning, selling all day, then a visible buy print after close ahead of a weekend where retail holders are sitting with uncertainty. It resets the emotional baseline without moving the price. Slow the exit door for distribution. Would be more impressed if it weren't the umpteenth block of near-identical size marked unknown over the past few weeks pre the bad news (Seneca and Co i assume). Classic weekend tape management
Pure classic. Seen it in most now delisted companies.
I looked at it a few times in awe. It just sits there, screaming 'desperation'
