Market is telling you all you need to know. The insiders no more believe it was contingent, than the future probe will from external powers.

As a matter of interest, given the whole board etc will be under the spotlight - is there an external party hired to oversee this?

If CRDA wanted this patent, they could now have it for free - with ease. Legal team would send a letter that would have you trying to raise 10M on it's own, for damaging their reputation.

K Belgrano but I am looking at a database of global patents attached to both listed and private companies in the niche sector. And there is not a whole lot of value to be seen across the board.

Right now the forecast is 'A profit warning with a robust cash position (not that much runway) due to a raise under questionable presentation and only if we do not spend it on what we said it would - but instead, cover salaries with it'
