So let’s look at it another way. Why does market etc, consistently think the SP is worth far less than what they sell at?

You would assume to the name that sold the business in the first instance. Right?

One of the acquisitions had a 1.25M earn out in the deal. Since SBTX owned the business from day 1 of deal I assume, who exactly is the earn out made payable to?

I’m amazed I can’t find this in an RNS.

It’s actually legal to forward sell a fixed price for an agreed date . Truly so

Example , if price today is 10p, and I don’t want maniprit selling during a big blag and distribute phase, il simply agree 20p per share with him for say October 1st
