But a problem when claiming fraud

In markets, fraud needs a circle of actors , be it creating false market or creating liquidity in various manners . No one person can do it alone really . It needs a circle of erroneous actors so all can profit

So I think a full report on all actors and ltd companies etc is possibly the best way to approach such a topic
