Reports don’t have to be nasty . Just factful
Example say somebody says it’s underlying current value is 2.8p
And then they go through cash flows and the position of a company just prior to each raise etc. Tie it in with actuals and so on
I see no need to call the CEO a liar
Just have an ‘RNS and other sources ‘ section
Point out RNS content v verbatim statements elsewhere , but in a pro style . Full layout
Value: 2.8p
Cash flows: period x to y
Actuals : x to y
RNS number: xx [….paragraph….]
IM transcript : […paragraph…]
Then forecast modelling would follow
No need to analyse it. No need to express opinion. Public not dim. Can work it out for themselves . Just show facts . Done
Tbh I’ve seen at least 500 different style reports on any entity though.
But point is, they are taken seriously
You can professionally be a proper c*** , without being one at all. Simply presenting data
Then follow it up with cash flow charts, raise labels, the future sell prices etc
😂
But imo one report makes not a castle. Variety must exist and so 1000s are better
I think the public should take part as well, anonymous reporting and opinions etc
Separate journalists and civil reporting
Far better than forum crud really
And it’s always out there in the future , the matrix in searches but more importantly, when know how, the AI feedback as well really
