Exactly - when the dust settles those figures will set in and the market will realise just how undervalued we are

And crucially, back then a few were quite rightly worried than the CLNs would wipe out any revenue from Mako. Now that aspect is being restructured so that the payments will be taken from the Mako revenues (as part of the deal), then we are in a much stronger position now than we have ever been. The debt overhang has all but cleared

The year high is 0.17p - no one can deny we are in a more stronger, less risky point now with todays news. This will head to 0.2p+ in the short term

As I posted earlier, the big news is the loan note restructuring as part of the mako deal, which was always hanging over our heads. That + the future carry is huge!!!

For sure @Golf - the next few news sessions will take us to 0.2s and beyond

We owe them 2 payments so deductions for our share of each

They’ll deduct it from our 8.5% share of the first tranch payment

Any guess as to what the market will do with us now that we have:

- ongoing economic exposure to Mako

- no future cash calls

- entitlement to 8.5% of farm-out payments

- a route to long-term dividends once gas flows

- lender restructuring

Watch this space for sure!!

Equally as important to us as the confirmed future carry:

What we now know is EME have a cash producing future into 2027 and beyond

Who knows - the terms are so badly written it’s confusing. If my interpretation is wrong, and the 8.5% consideration is just from the $16m initial staged payments (and doesn’t include future carry) then it’s potentially lights off for EME. If our 8.5% total consideration includes the initial staged payments + future carry then that’s very positive long term. My gut is now fearing the worst having re-read the damn thing 100 times!
