Can I just say that the directors salaries will be agreed by the remuneration committee, not the directors, who have a duty to the company to agree no more than is necessary. High salaries don’t necessarily mean the board are trying to screw the company! it could just be a fair reflection on future revenues and performance forecasts

I don’t think it’s a scam - I just think a price for sale was agreed years ago and certain conditions had to be met first - prob explains why we are heading towards 1p to ensure there isn’t a double premium payable to the company directors

Geordie - I remember when MySpace and Bebo were the ‘must have’ social media sites. Then the fickle users quickly moved to the shiny new Facebook! Not saying that will happen here, but just showing it can happen and we have every chance of making waves with our nee app

100% agree Mel. Fair trading or “levelling” across the Country in all industries is big news at the moment. Perfect opportunity to give the music artists extra streaming revenue by moving over exclusively to (or promoting) Napster
Yes - Evidence there’s lots going on behind the scenes in readiness for the re-launch. Accept we get told nothing unless we have to and there’ll be a lot less sleepless nights for some on here!

Cheers AP. It’s a good indicator of sp potential for me, as there will be big pressure to satisfy these organisations and justify those exercise prices as the expiry date approaches

I note there are 43.2m warrants outstanding at 14.2p with an expiry date of 17 July 2022. Interesting price reflecting confidence in the sp going forward
As frustrating as this all is, I’m happy to wait for the new app. New users get one go at an app and either love it (and stay hooked) or never use it again. These same users won’t be tempted back by a new version of an app if they didn’t like the old one. The current Napster app IMO is very limited and not on the same level as the others. So, yes we are putting all our eggs in the new app basket, but I do think this is a calculated judgment call based on the above. The pressure is on for the new app to be better than the others. If so, the marketing push should be easy, if done correctly. As for remuneration, this is agreed at board level, so there must be structures / performance-led targets in place to justify the same. It’s a lot of money - eye watering amounts - so if the new app is ****, we are all ****ed not just AM
