How many will 'sell on the news' tomorrow?

The board of Clear Leisure (AIM: CLP) wishes to advise shareholders that the Company intends to issue a notice of general meeting to be held at 22 Great James Street, London WC1N 3ES, at 12:00 p.m. on 6 May 2021, to seek approval for the following:

Amend the Company’s Investing Policy
Change the Company’s name to Quantum Blockchain Technologies plc
Authorise the granting of options to the CEO and current and future management team of the Company
Grant authorities to the directors to issue shares in the Company
Dis-apply pre-emption rights

"this general meeting will run as a closed meeting, with only the quorum necessary for a valid meeting. Shareholders will not be permitted to attend"

My punt was for a reverse takeover and to remain on AIM. That did not happen so regretfully I have written off 100% of my investment here.

Mr Story has approximate 11.14% interest in the ordinary shares of Clear Leisure. So as I say let's see how the voting goes.

Mr Gardin holds 34,284,149 Ordinary Shares representing an interest of 3.82% in the Company. He is not a major holder ...yet!

Currently there are 897,551,851 eligible votes to be cast at today's general meeting. More than likely the 5 resolutions will be passed. Let's see how the voting goes.

Just remembered they already have a credit line from Riverfort so can easily borrow the £1m - scheming bu**ers!

Having thought about it some more seems to me that PIs will get just better than zero following all the dilution. Company value around £1m at suspension. First 90% dilution for the issue of paper £8m of shares. Then dilution from loans from Riverfort (£000k ?) Then remember the vote was to give away right to participate in future capital raise hence we will not be part of the £1m new capital requirement. So a further 10% dilution . What are PIs left with? Say you had £1000 of shares at suspension; after 90% = £100 ; after 10% = £90 company (excluding Riverfort dilution, and dealing costs). Perhaps if the phoenix AAOG were to 11 bag at some future time then perhaps one might just get back £1000 investment.

I have just flip flopped with my optimism again!

Seriously, it is a lifeline and better than losing 100%. I'm in ex 'CHA', thought I had lost 100% of that investment after delisting only for it to come back from the dead and now theoretically in paper profit.

I won't be allowed to keep my 2m shares in my ISA so will need to pay for a share certificate just in case this too comes back from the dead.

Re court expectations: "Past performance is no guarantee of future results" ; "once bitten twice shy" . I doubt the market will react the same way but I do hope that the name change will boost the share price for more than one day!

Now we know why - NCM reported only on extra four drill holes.

Bablake, fortunately, I'm not in the red but since I have dropped a six figure sum here it has changed my perspective and now when I lose 10p in the road it does not bother me so much. At my age it would be best to recover value a lot sooner than in 2-3 years time. GL

If I was not losing many thousands of pounds I would be amused by today's action. Need to get back above 3.5p to make me smile again. Let's see what tomorrow brings, good luck those still in it.

Just a thought has JS had second thoughts , doubled his money and decided to walk after what is after all just talk!
