RNS 11 June 2020 - Convertible Loan Facility for £1,500,000

AAOG drewdown £160k on 10 June 2020 - no further drawdowns reported in any subsequent RNS but by mutual agreement could have drawdown £100k per month.

Repayment was supposed to be on the basis of " Each Drawdown shall be repayable 12 months from its issuance"

But in 3 RNS Riverfort redeemed a total of £83.7k

So it does not look as though Riverfort are that much out of pocket.

It's we PIs who suffer

I have sold 50k shares of my core holding this morning. It does not make me particularly happy because I was hoping to hang on to all my GGP shares at least until the PFS. On the other hand now I can claim a top slicing at a profit (bought them at 3.05p) and the rest of the shares are on a free run bar £1k.

I need the cash to renew the whole bathroom a matter which I have been delaying for over a year but which has now become urgent due to leaking water in the most inaccessible place under the bath (why didn't it happen at 37p!!!).

I am posting this because of past debates about declaration of holdings. (I said I would post about any sale of my core holding).

Bottom line - company is still alive so don't throw away your share certificates.

D2C2, but it was the then pending settlement of the court case that attracted my attention to this company. Without further funding really what were the propects of CLP with just a disused 'camper van' and £600k. The market was hoodwinked into raising another £1m. £1.6m into funding research is not why I invested. Short time frame to BTC mining was. ATB

I have re-read the RNS and can't see the court case being settled in 2021 or even perhaps in 2022

First:
"CL17, as claimant, is now required as per the Italian code of civil procedure to take a further procedural step, notifying the heirs of this late defendant about the Claim, as well as re-notifying all other defendants, which will result in a few months’ delay of the hearing planned to take place yesterday".

Then add time for
CL17 will file a request with the Court for the restart of the legal proceedings.

Then add time for
The Court will agree a first hearing to restart the proceedings and allow the heirs of the defendant to agree to an appearance in court. At that hearing, the Court will agree a second and final hearing.

Then add time for
At this final hearing, the parties shall define their claims and the Court shall assign terms for the Conclusive Briefs.

Then add time for
Following this, each party’s legal counsel will have 80 days to file their Conclusive Briefs to the Judge.

Then add time for
The Judge’s ruling is then expected within a 60-90 day time frame following the conclusion of the Conclusive Briefs Period.

Seems there is no problem in selling 500k - just hoping I can get more than 1.45p

Won't be able to sell at the open - sell only when at rock bottom perhaps below 1p

Share price was 0.28p at beginning of 2021 with many fewer number of shares. Price then rocketed to over 4p. So perhaps after what happens today a price at little above 1p is an appropriate valuation for the company at this stage of development and resources as any company profits are in the medium/ long term.

Funds raised could just go on paying loans from Eufingest if court case comes to nought!

FG raised £1.68m in February 2021 - what is he doing with our money?

Looking to reduce - yes, because with my average at 2.40p and FG saying possible rewards in the longer term at my age I can't wait five years for 5p. With AIM you want a bit of excitement to the upside!
