The hot air is quickly leaking out of the ballon 1.60p bid!!! Got a small part of my money out at average 2.50p but now stuck in here at a loss until court case is resolved.

This is a penny stock on AIM and the share price can be 'influenced' at the whim by traders/ high wealth individuals etc . At present it provides little more than a betting opportunity hence the risks are high and the share price will be pulled up or down by those wagers rather than simply by supply and demand. And of course the market makers need their pound of flesh. Let the trend be your friend is a good adage.

So if the purported rumour is correct JS did not trust FG!

"The Board of Clear Leisure (AIM: CLP) wishes to advise that due to the Covid-19 delays at the Court of Venice, the Court hearing due to be held on 10 March 2021 has been rescheduled to 26 May 2021".

"Conspiracy" what late notification of delay in court case; JS no notifiable interest ????? Just trying to make a few pennies here but beaten down each time share price gets juicy! ATB

Presumably as John Story had no notifiable interest (RNS) on 6th May he was not eligible to vote on say some 97m shares - so how many votes were actually cast at the General Meeting. We don't know because only the percentages of votes cast for or against not the acutal number were given in the RNS. In my mind that is unusual and opaque (even though I welcome the name change of the company). The more these shenanningans continue the less confidence I have in the current CEO.

No I said I made a mistake pressing the wrong button - which I did this morning. Sold 100k shares. Then at end of day sold another 200k deliberately. Still have 1m left.

Sold more at the death. Too many shenanigans.

Gosh I wish I had made a bigger accidental mistake this morning and sold a few more!

So who picked up JS' s 100m shares - not PIs?

DarkEnergy, I was trying to see if it was possible to sell above 3p - at the time the spread was 3 - 3.10p . I need the cash so I won't buy back. ALB MrEMC2

DarkEnergy, it's a laugh when it happens to someone else! Luckily I did not trade my total holding. Got 2.88p for shares I bought at 3.5p so only £680 loss!!!!
