Shame I can't attend the AGM in person in London - I would have liked to have asked a question about 'low share price' for the third year in a row ha ha!

I have a feeling that the 'top hat' Australian company will soon take over every aspect of GGP (not just for a few efficiency savings). Aim will just be a (big) rump but for how long? Clearly many of the current big II stake shareholders will 'migrate' their shareholding to the ASX .

The Board addressed each of those topics (not saying to everyone's satisfaction) after the formal part of the meeting ended and until questions ceased. I believe minutes were being taken by one of the team throughout the meeting but I have never been to a company AGM where the minutes have been released. We did well to cover those topics as at first they said questions not specific to the resolutions should await the webinar.

Dip sorry I have not done brilliantly at reporting back from AGM. When pressed for a date the best estimate they gave for the reschedule of the Webinar was imprecise January (2025).

I agree it was worth asking the question on publishing the voting results - although the results were overwhelming in favour we don't know how many votes were cast (ie a high or low voting poll).

Voting breakdown given at AGM verbally but I did not take it down. From memory all resolutions pass overwhelmingly but on resolution No2 re-appointment of Rob Mosig there was about 10% against vote. Gave percentages but not number of votes cast.

To clarrify, it was I who stated the date 2027 - it never came up at the AGM nor was it mentioned or inferred by anybody attending the AGM.

Hi Dip, as I stated it was a very inclusive meeting.

I challenged the 'soft' reply on turnover of senior management. I stated that it affects company plan/stratergy to which further reply was 'essential to join in the Webinar when it is rescheduled' - no date given but hoping for January 2025.

In my humble judgement it seems like they are interested in iron ore and silver projects equally.

I don't want to say anymore.

Pressed on the subject of performance payment - would only say Board have issue in mind. Some aside remark that company uses good lawyers.

Regarding RNS 24 Aug and 02 Nov; 60 months takes up to Nov 2027 - Board have not lost sight of this and I for one hope very much that they will come up with solutions well before then!

I don't have spare funds to buy EFTs or Silver Britts so making do with the UFO shares I hold. Let's see if Silver really does take off in the next one to two months.

It's not a race but I will say:

GGP market cap is 1.01B GBP

It's intriguing that at the end of 2010 POS was $30 and UFO 535p ; now POS is over $30 and we are approaching the end of 2024 . A bit of serendipity and we could be looking at a big spike in the share price before 2025. GLA

I say no way. GGP was a once in lifetime opportunity - and hopefully it still is. In recent history it was all about retail investors backing the company and keeping the faith and probably many hundreds of those people do not have the funds to average down remain invested. Never thought GGP was like other AIM companies or to belive that our dreams would not be fulfilled. As we all hope discovery of another large gold deposit on one of our other tenements could happen any day - why not in 2025! I can't attend the AGM to complain about a low share price; it was 7p last year and it is still 7p now - the Board should not turn it's back on small/ modest retail investors - there would not be a GGP now without our support on the way up to 38p.
