cbax - be careful asking questions like this on this board, as it is a fair question but it sheds a bit of a downer on why this share price never broke-out after the 27% deal. You never know they might start criticizing the car you drive like they did me the other week !

MB - thats ridiculous I LIKE MANY OTHERS invested in the story and there was no real research that could have made a difference at the time remember - Saudi Arabia of lithium etc etc -- next you'll be telling us that you foresaw the takeover of BCN. Any early stage AIM co cant really be researched reliably anyone who says it can is pulling the wool. You can research a company that has a market record and posts quarterly statements but how do you research a company that is a 'concept' company like this was....

adrianz - I am only still here because I have 2 small blocks of shares that are so down they are not worth selling and one small block that are still in profit. My beef is with the dodgyness of all of AIM with this as a shining example. I have to comment however that you seem to change your view on this like the wind !

I would forget about Sonora personally the only way this will get worked is if the Chinese get an absolutely epic-cheap deal and that is a possibility knowing KM's easy cash-raising penchant so I would more or less write off the value there. They wiped the floor with Secker why would KM give them any more difficulty...

back past 10p ? by when roughly 2024 ??? End of decade ? Yes the can has been kicked down the road although the low cost of oil emerging from a Russian pipeline is unfortunate. I am very anti divis as this is more of a tactic to make the shares sticky. Fortunately this is by no means a major holding for me so I find it more laughable than upsetting ! Surely with all this research and trading expertise one would have thought a better share could have been found to trade than this !

At the moment the Devil ie Putin has us where he wants us although we have learnt (usefully) that his military is slightly rubbish. China arent going to help Russia in a meaningful way other than buying oil at knockdown prices, and disappointingly similar goes for India (memo to UK govt have another look at Indian aid). We (NATO) now have the technology and equipment to take the fight to the Russian military but this would be an absolute last resort and would be messy. If we did (unlike WW2) we would have the massive advantage of Ukraine Poland etc as staging areas. BUT what we are doing now is crippling the already shaky Russian economy and with a bit of further patience the Putin situation will resolve itself. Im only sad that more Ukrainian hardship has to prevail in the meantime.

To be fair regarding Bacanora and I did have quite a bit of cash there, no one could have predicted the incompetent nee possibly even fraudulent activities of the BoD of BCN...

and yep still an unpleasant place to be on this BB ! Y110 is the stand out offender still, but we cant get rid of Putin so I suppose we cant get rid of him !
