I see we have less than 9% now of EMH and KM has more EMH shares than the company has ! How has the shareholding gotten so low ? Have they been offloading in drips in a way that didnt need to be RNS'd ?

This is what happens when you are on multiple exchanges with price disparity unfortunately...

I've held this for years as an income generator and lets face it, it wouldnt be any good as a growth investment ! I dont fully understand their reasons for divi suspension, other than the fact that there have been outflows due to the lacklustre performance of this as a whole. Even when times were better it wasnt setting the sky on fire !

kheldar - clearly you are not familiar with the way this company communicates, if you were you would know how important tiny nuances are !

But why does the UK AIM market offer currently the lowest price compared to Frankfurt or Aus even taking into account exch rates ?

These people dont respond to any comms. They dont update in any way about what they are doing, as far as I can see they have stolen our cash, anyone like to tell me otherwise, as they have had months to announce a contract for fast2fibre and the whole of the UK is as busy as hell installing fibre....

I remember the 2 year wait for Amapa that was supposed to change the dynamic of the share now not even in double digits, while the BoD are having no issues paying their mortgages and school fee's..

md - that exactly right !!! I would love to offload this but unless I needed the money desperately it would not only seem foolish, but there is the tiny chance it may buck its trend of many years so that is the slightly dodgy glue that keeps me here. sadly !

It would have to be north of 80p to make it worth while given the time we have had to hang onto this yawn fest !

I am so used to sketchy woolly RNS's from this share I read "The size of the first dividend is indicative of the levels to be expected in the future. The Board intends that the future dividends will be paid on a monthly basis, " - this didnt read to me like it is a done deal - it read more like a good intention in the future - sorry this is my take on this text....

Well I cant see the excitement here for a 1% divi - if this gets near 10p I am out forever !

Danny tough guy - yes my years in this shares have been wasted ! And I see you ****ging of maddog, I dint like him at first but actually for people more intelligent than you I see that he is quite intelligent and has also been duped by this lifestyle share and the hype that people (you know who) have created around it.

Funny how this seems to be BOT traded, I cant see why this share would be desirable for this ?

I saw this, the Canadians are known for their commonsense I worked for 2 of their companies and spent a lot of time over there. How are you seeing this as good news for EMH ? Is it because there will be less cheap Chinese battery material out there so EMH will seem more attractive or are you seeing that the Chinese will pay more for EMH stuff ? Canada are a government who can see the Chinese strategy of global commodity domination for what it is ...
