To my mind Flawlesskicks was the best ever example of mindless ramping on a share discussion board -- he would bet the lives of his children on this !

Be careful Nick - stating the obvious on this board = moaning it seems ?

"Balls deep in this so it’s really all or nothing for me. " - It always saddens me to hear someone saying this about a flimsy penny stock like this one ! I am in for the thick end of £20k but I have read people saying they had put 6 figure sums into shares like this. Do these same people drive to the amusement arcade with sackfuls of pound coins for the fruities ?

The Tantalum was always the jewel in the crown here so we havent stuffed them in my view.

with these AIM 'investment'co,s it is tricky to see how shareholders will benefit without cash returns (eg KDNC who have a supposedly brilliant portfolio and NAV but have never delivered on the SP). Looking at the deal and current MCAP it should theoretically double the SP but all of this will remain to be seen. All we do know is that the chinese have secured more of the worlds strategic mineral resources !

green - I feel you have contradicted yourself a bit in the respect that the share can easily be manipulated by an mm or mms that only have to move a small amount of stock to have a radical effect !

This is probably true, but when a miner SP gets this denuded it is in the danger zone of an aggressive acquisition, because SP x 1.5 or 2 starts to look a reasonable buyout target price..

Anyone who thinks you can do any meaningful research on penny shares like this is deluding themselves. I have heard people on BBs say this so often over the years, but I have also seen things happen in these types of shares that was not predicted by ANY so called researchers. Yes in theory Lithium is a good investment but so far none of these Lithium juniors have come up with the goods eg BCN, KOD, ZNWD, KZG etc etc So excuse anyone who has better things to do than copying and pasting web-finds !

Earl - there is more to it than just the NAV. Yes the maths look good, but the UK stock market is FULL of investment trusts that are trading on very large discounts to NAV ie 50% plus, but there has to be a desire to buy hence making a demand and hence increasing the SP ....

I would tend to agree with you here. I would say her no1 skill would be the procurement of expensive designer handbags !

The UK market is unloved EVEN with the super strong $. But it will turn and those that dont panic will cash in big time....

So where will this cash go ? BoD salaries, expenses, office rental etc and no advance in share price...

I make BT debt to equity about 1.3 or is that bulls**** ?

One thing I forgot to say about 3 is that they are heavily in sectors that VOD dont bother with such as area mobile data for smartmeters, smart bus stops, wireless telemetry for all sorts of wierd remote apps, in-car wireless data etc etc. This is a growing market and 3 are possibly one of the leaders in the UK

Knowing telecoms and both 3 and VOD I think this analysis is very valid. A merger of these 2 is a mutually brilliant idea. 3 struggles to scale and control its back office cost base, while VOD could use the extra market share and sector share.

Mulder - This is pretty interesting I would never have believed it especially BT ! Before I retired I was a telecoms infrastructure sales Director and we saw Vodafone as an eldorado customer along with BT also. Trouble was to do business with either hammered our margins !!

Trump45 - I agree with what you say but to drag the narrative back to AIM stocks it is very rare to be able to actually do a valid financial analysis so belief is actually all you do have, trouble is many people turn this 'belief' into confirmation bias or if they dont they fool others into their belief being fact for their own self interest !
