This happens so often on AIM. Predators trawl companies with depressed SP and pounce with a seemingly good offer BECAUSE THE SP IS DEPRESSED ! This happened in BCN where the SP was deliberately depressed by a placing ....

carp- I have always though that on a share like this multiple market listings can only really be damaging. I am sure this get arbitrage traded by someone a lot sharper than me as it is so common for there to be significant disparity between the 5 markets we seem to be in ...

Agricore - I appreciate the time taken to post these answers and this is a good post apart from the fact we havent seen the financials yet. My point is this is AIM and AIM is rife with junior miners or investment co's that have snatched financial joy from PI's at the last moment ! IMO the BCN thing was very dodgy and possibly in my opinion a fraud as the BoD immediately pushed for acceptance of the deal with no negotiation which stank at the time and still does. I make no assumption that in my experience AIM CEO's care nothing about their private shareholders and we should always have this in the back of our minds. I am also a VLT holder in REM/KDNC a very much larger version of KZG. This share h has HUGE NAV on paper but has never been able to 'break out' -- these are my reasons for some nervousness !

SP was depressed and way below what it should have been and the BoD pushed through a deal like this allowing the co to get acquired dirt cheap and in a way that PIs couldnt do anything about. Most people would see 1.5p as derisory !

it seems jimb (according to one of his posts a couple of days ago) wants to verify peoples credentials before they can post on this board ! He has a security guard mentality I think ! He must go into pubs with ear-defenders on in case he hears things he doesnt like !
