Afren was a special case because nobody thought a FTSE 250 company could go pop so quickly with so little warning, but then they didnt factor in the super-corrupt Nigerian directors in there.

I dont think there is much of a 'procedure' per-se. I was an AFREN shareholder a couple of years ago and they just went into suspension and then dust...

After nearly 7 years of AIM investing apart from the odd £200 and £300 made I am still waiting for any share to truly do anything we were led to believe it would, I know this was a punt and I am not heavily in, but it seems to me that AIM is a complete waste of time and money as I have made great money elsewhere on 'boring' investments.

Done this but what good is it going to do ? For years these idiots have been impervious to any complaints or criticism we have ever made...

Believe me there are far bigger turds on AIM than this one that post a lot of RNS's. I dont think actually there is a lot more they can say if they are still in delicate negotiations.

Sale of BCN shares by KDNC would almost certainly be detrimental to BCN as many observers would assume/believe rightly or wrongly that KDNC might somehow know of some less than welcome news.

So in summary a range trading stock and not the 'investment' that FK always used to make out..
So also in summary I wish I was not in as I dont sit in front of the screen all day long !

I think this is very plausible and a good post. A way better theory than people banging constantly on about short positions. As I have said before the MM's love a share with a huge evangelistic following like this one as it is easier for them to use their manipulative mind games on.

Absolutely right OilMan - DL is an expert in pumping small cap stocks and getting in and out at the right time. I wouldnt say he's a fraudster but I would say he is out and out deceitful. Like to portray himself as an amenable aussie mucker but the reality is a bit different.
He actually had the cheek a few months ago to say AIM is too manipulated these days which is of course true, but he has made piles of cash on this very fact.
My advice to anyone - treat anything he says with extreme scepticism !

Yes they are truly great businessmen over at KDNC - at least truly great at spending shareholder cash !

Oh pleeeease give it a rest. Not golden tickets - more brown tickets ! And yes I am invested here.
