Dont get me wrong I dont want them to go private but thats the conclusion I have come to after years and years of watching the screw-ups..

Suppressed share price, low free float and large holdings by management, low perceived achievment by company which cant be accidental really - no one is this incompetent. Frankly if I was running CASP I would want to go private at current share prices.

I have to say this does have some of the hallmarks of a company that will get taken private on the cheap.

This share for me has turned £4K into about £20 or thereabouts, I find it incredible that a company can retain a CEO is ineffective as Idiens. BUT as this is AIM CEOs can do what they like as it is so difficult for the dozens or hundreds of PIs to get together and out vote the board. This is how the game works in AIM.
If Idiens was in a FTSE 100 or 250 company he would have long since been shown the door by an activist shareholder or simply by one or two high stake institutional investors.

It does make me wonder why anyone expects anybody to give to African charities given the levels of corruption being endemic on this continent.
As one of our MP's said a year or so ago, when we send money to Africa it gets spent on Ferraris and Rayban sunglasses. Of course he was berated but the esscence is totally true.

How can this be on so little volume ?

Share consolidation is only really a psychological thing, the maths says that we have still been robbed of value, the strategy is that they hope we forget this !

Ogg - appreciate your views but DL isnt doing anything illegal as far as I am aware and the FCA would have nothing on him as much as I'd like to say otherwise. He does what he does legally he is an expert in hyping and pumping new projects. He is an AIM influencing genius and knows all the right buttons to push to suck in PI's. You will notice that no serious professional financiers or investers ever get involved in his scams, so he is reliant upon the affable Aussie mucker image he likes to portray to get the job done.
I think this has come to a bit of an end now as so many people see him or anything connected to him as being toxic.

Morzaria is responsible for the loss of thousands of my cash and is in my opinion and incompetent geek and lacky of DL we would be miles better of without him, he is just a serial directorship holder.

AIM juniors shees !! This share is becoming bride of UKOG. Loads of hype and profile but no delivery.

I think it is a hell of a lot simpler than this, Tesla wanted product for a pittance so they were told where to go. As I have said before, Tesla are a big and high profile name but not by a long chalk the only Lithium user on the planet and frankly at the moment floating on a sea of debt.

I got fed up with working in london myself in the ICT industry. So I now live on the edge of Exmoor with 3 1/2 acres a small lake, some animals and fishing rights to the river at the bottom of my land. It idyllic and I have never looked back.
London is just there to make people miserable IMO !
