JJJ-I probably have more directly relevant experience of the Chinese in business as I spent most of my career working for global telecoms core equipment manufacturers who now no longer exist due to Huaweii having priced them all out of the market using the cheap cost base of China and a huge helping hand from the government (both Chinese and British). However coming back on topic I cant see how this deal is unlikely to provide share price growth for us. I could be bitter about the chinese but right now I think this deal is okay for BCN.

Do you have evidence for this or just a good old de-ramp ?

Funnily enough I have a small lake on my property that I have been tidying up and I often dredge up leeches from the silt under the weeds, and I think of day traders when I do !

I just cant understand it myself - the market must not like the tiny lack of clarity but I topped up yesterday and wish I had more free cash. I have been in BCN a long time and I think we are now in the home strait for a great ROI.

Doesnt look like it. I have shares from the fallout of Quindell and it now seems we have been shot and now stamped on by the fraudsters that ran this. It doesnt look like Rob Terry is going to jail any time soon but if I would love to be proved wrong.

That would be a white swan event for us, ie someone coming in and securing the tant supply for a premium price.

My missus will kick me out to the stable if this gets below 1p !

I dont understand why people think a car company would buy lithium from a miner. They get their batteries made by a third party I would have thought. VW dont make alternators and water pumps, they buy them in from specialist suppliers.

Hope so I have my foot in both camps...

CC - stupid question how do they get to buy at the bid price anyway unless they are a colluding market maker ?

These last couple of posts underpin my view of AIM after 6 years of trying to make headway with junior oilers and miners. Its all a complete gamble with the odds heavily stacked against PI's. I'm sure some of the posters on here will be familiar with KDNC formerly REM and David Lenigas etc.
Well Parsons is another smooth operator who has gambled with everyones cash at no risk to himself. Wilst I have made a grand here and a grand there over the years, I am not a trader but naively wanted to invest in a company that may come good, but this has never yet happened for me. None of these shares are for investers they are for crafty day traders who to be fair are also taking a risk, as many of these AIM juniors are in terminal free-fall.

I have posted on other boards that I am extracting myself from AIM juniors gradually and this is yet another reason to do this. My investment portfolio is pretty good generally but the AIM shares I have almost without exception are like a festering boil on its backside.
It seems most of these companies are only started because their boards know that no matter what happens they will never be down on the deal. AS several other people have said, in the light of this fiasco JP should only be paid in shares from here on.

Funnily enough I was mulling over whether to slop some spare cash into this or BCN this morning. After BCN got financing and backing I opted for BCN but both have gone down the pan today it seems, the market didnt seem to like BCN's deal (dont know why it looks good to me and many others). Meanwhile I still find this share difficult to trust.

I'm now glad I sold half of my holding down 9 months ago, this had become too much of a binary gamble for me.

KDNC have just eneterd into a deal to buy into an IRON venture in Brazil - wouldnt put it past them to be preparing to get hold of some extra readies...
