I see the equity finance bit now as someone else has said fancy terms for dillution. But like BCN if it huge enough ther may still be some hope of a profit.

I can only think the invester confusion whether deliberate or unintentional is what has frozen the share price ?

Given what we know, this is miles better than most of the other AIM rubbish people are looking at, I always said that KDNC selling down was a good sign !

When I was a sales director there were people obsesses with this, but in my view to rely on this as a pointer is a risky game. For example I cros my arms if I'm cold in a meeting room - it doesnt mean I am un-receptive !

Given what has happened here cant understand why the share price is still fibrillating ?

I dont think they are using WEBEX audio so you have to dial in.

Generally the buyer agrees to xxp per share and your broker credits your account with the cash equating to your held number of shares x this agreed price per share. This happened to me with Shire..

I was not here to make mishcihef and will not be back, I was just pointing out the common malaise of all of these sorts of share AIM or not - I dont give a toss what people do with their hard earned -- just making an observation.

I think this is a fair summary of the situation - good post.

I dont think being on 4 exchanges is neccesarily a good thing, I could see much potential for arbitrage trading on this share already on the exchanges it is on.

I dont really follow this share but dropped in to have a read of the BB just out of interest, and I see that it reads so much like all of the other junior oiler and miner stocks, the de-rampers the rampers with blind faith in the company and the hacked off LTHs that got in at a high price and now know they are stuck for a very long time to bget some or all of their money back. I think for non day-traders AIM is looking a bit jaded now as all of these companies go through the same never ending cycle ie LAUNCH - SPIKE - EUPHORIA - LONG SLOW DECLINE WITH NO PROGESS _ DILLUTION TO KEEP THE LIGHTS ON see UKOG, KOD, ROSE and the list goes on and on.
I wish all LTHs in this share good luck but it is yet another share that steers me away from further AIM investment.

I just hope there is grounds for excitement. I know less about whats going on in this share than almost anything I have invested in.

I think personally KM is probably a normal guy (seemed so at the AGM in 2017) but not cut out for company leadership DS is a DL lieutenant but I still say i could not drink with people who have done so much harm to my portfolio !
It amazes me how the stalwarts carry on with their 'free-newsfeed' posts and how they manage to stay patient with this management.

I mean all this talk of going to the pub with 'kiran' is pretty sickly really considering he is the man who has lost and continues to lose us so much money. I was at the 2017 AGM also...
