"waiting for life changing news" -- I would never invest a big enough in a company like this for it to be 'life changing' I have enough invested here for it to be life enhancing but not changing ! Anyone who has spent any time in AIM should know that if they're sensible --- look at all the furore surrounding SXX people invested their life savings and pensions, I am sorry for their loss, but by the same token WHAT WERE THEY DOING !!!!!

My guess is that Ganfeng will try and exercise their ability to take more control and they are probably not worried at all by the poor share price performance.

Tend to agree here. Its been quite a while since they said well being cleaned of mud etc, and given their new found level of communication I would have thought they would have commented on the flow by now...

I would add to this by saying the Chinese like to buy ore rather than refined product be it Carbonate or Hydroxide. HOWEVER controlling a resource like BCN will mean they can get refined product in the right way at the right cost. This may make some of the Australian hard rock outfits look less cool in future...

I hope the share price holds up better than BCN's did after their contract signature/deal...

I bought in on the woodford name like most, but if the NAV report is an, thats the big question here like accurate this is not in too much danger, thats really the big question here.
I am not such a fan of investment trusts although I have a few in my portfolio. The reason being is that an IT can be trading at a huge discount to NAV and still perform poorly if there is no trading volume. The market is littered with examples, however not many are trading at the stated level of discount as this one.
