Yes happened to me - got share options and was never able to vest them as the share price was always smaller than the option price..

I am sure this is being manoeuvred to allow Ganfeng to take control of the company, I now feel this will get down to 25p unfortunately and this is not a de ramp...

SOYO - Building on what you said, almost every AIM nano cap has the same share price graph - ie a very low start for a lucky or knowledgeable few, then a hyped build up to a huge spike, and then a long slow decline for years with the odd mini spike where clever traders or MM's pump and dump. Have a look you will see I am right. FOMO is very strong in all of this but it is fatal to be an early invester in any of these companies. Being kind, anyone bunging some cash in this or BCN or EMH now stands a chance of doing well but for 9 out of 10 LTH's getting most of our cash back is just a dream..

The only positive spin I can put on this is that assuming the greed of AIM directors this will be a buying signal as everyone else knows of this greed !

I think I agree here a low share price brought a vested interest here - I cant believe this is just co-incidence...

Well if Labour get in especially under Corbyn the UK is truly screwed for a generation -- we havent been able to repair the damage they did last time around with their open house policies...

Very true, whilst i am 10's £k down here, when I hear people on various BB's saying how much they risked on these shares to be polite - I am very surprised ! In fact it is mainly KDNC has taught me how risky these shares actually are. I still think AIM will gradually get harder for unscrupulous AIM companies to start and scalp people the way they have in the last 10 years, as the riskiness has spread to more people. I also think the government have got wind to a degree of what is going on with the 'light-regulation' of AIM. EVEN traders lose their shirts unless they are really good or perhaps just liars.
The small amount of cash needed to distort most AIM shares is what it makes it so open to corruption.

What is your point here in this post ? Are you saying there is a chance of some sort of joint venture ?

If I was down £372K -- I would be heading to London with a weapon !
