Very true North. If you can get 6 or 7 years of an AIM CEO salary for delivering nothing cant be bad. Even in my best years when I was working I didnt earn what most AIM CEO's pay themselves. In the case of KDNC some of the BOD have done 10 years...

I was an original invester at £1 because at the time Woodford was still riding high on his reputation from Invesco as well as the rah rah brigade from Hargreaves Lansdown.
Had I known that Woodford was playing 'pin the tail on the donkey' with his share picking activities I would not have gone near. Fortunately I only have a small holding here, but many went in deep just on the name.

Secker is a similar case to Morzaria running Cadence Minerals - ie a mining techie acting as a CEO and leader but not working...

Uncle -sorry you are right in the med to long term, but the discount has widened in the last couple of weeks..

But its a perverse world where the share price of an IT drops significantly after an RNS stating a radically increased NAV --- woodford really must be hated now !

Its worth buying now purely on the basis that if the trust is wound up the ROI will 50% higher, and this could happen too as it is gradually happening with ELTA...

As I understand the deal the first part is at fixed equity pricing so no advantage there for Ganfeng. HOWEVER the second part that talks about the option to acquire more of the company in 24 months there would be I think and I am starting to believe this is heel-dragging now. The Chinese are very smart about things like this, in fact way smarter than the bosses of most FTSE companies we see today ref : RBS-Thomas Cook-WPP-WEIR Group and the list goes on...

As I have said the other week - dont expect anything to happen quickly with Peter Secker, and yes I know this is largely in the hands of the Chinese government but deals still have to be driven...

You may be right capt - but before this could happen the company would have to be liquidated as we all still part - own the company. When I invested here it looked bright. An existing producer of super high quality Tantalum poised to produce much more, but the lack of news seems like a sign of defeat by the management. On a part with KDNC as my worst AIM investment ever and a strong sign to steer clear of AIM as 9 out of 10 it is just a vehicle to fleece private investers.

earache - okay you are invested I get it now, but apologise for not reading every post on all the shares I look at for the last 2 years and I can also confirm I am not and will never be a ramper.

Hold on a second look at PREM history, PREM was in the poo pit before the recent rise so dont go touting it as a renaissance share until you look at it in its full context !

Has earache ever been invested here - you'll notice whenever he is asked he never responds...

If you bought them early enough you may be okay but both of these shares (which I am also heavily in) have suffered significant decline for a couple of years now...

Cant see how this could happen...

This is in squeaky bum territory now if they dont do something soon this will get bought for £1 by someone..Mind you the tiny volume that caused it to drop by this much was amazing...
