I utterly agree with all you have said, BUT ! The only fly in the 'logic ointment' is that the BOD have always openly supported Ganfengs offer rather than neutrally saying "we have had an offer are the shareholders going to accept or reject it" like a normal board would do. Or indeed recommend to the shareholders that we feel this is not adequate.

I wrote M&G saying something very similar to this and all I got after some time was a bureaucratic letter saying a lot but actually saying we cant comment on this to individuals. As I may have said previously I have never bought an M&G fund simply because whenever I cast the net their performance never cuts the mustard, so I say if they dont make some noise about this it will prove they dont manage peoples cash in a responsible manner !

Just bought a nearly new car and the dealership said that they were banning the order of several option packages on their cars due to chip shortage. In fact my car has several options I couldnt get If I wanted brand new.

Actually I was also looking at the Hyundai Ionic 5. No probs getting a test drive in one of these and no probs getting one delivered either if I'd wanted one.

I agree they dont have a plan B, but this brings me back to the scenario that they cant be SO incompetent they couldnt organise one, instead the BOD have been 'in bed' with Ganfeng all along. My view always was this is boardroom corruption, and wouldnt it be nice just once in a while to let an AIM CEO know he cant just do what the feck he likes !

The company is certainly run better than the ROSE days, but I am still 90% down on my holding so here's hoping !

Didnt say I didn't like EV's just said they weren't good VFM right now -- especially Tesla's. IMO in a couple of years they will be better and cheaper. My driving profile is that I have 2 sets of people who I visit that are 200 and 195 miles away respectively, and I dont want to be forced to sit in a motorway services for 40 min on every journey. I think EV battery range will increase 50% in the next few years. As for Polestar 2 which was at the top of my list, the couldn't even give me a test drive (without doing at least a 200 mile round trip) ! Apparently they are only expecting people who live in London and Manchester to buy them .....

After months of looking at EVs, the infrastructure models and availability I decided not to go EV yet and bought a nearly new BMW X3. Looking at the price of the Model Y and many other capable EV's you are being punished for being an 'early adopter' rather like people who bought flat panel TV's when they first came out ! I will give it a couple more years and then see the EV landscape. As there is no used market for EV's yet you are forced to buy new which is never good. MY car has 3K on it and 3 months old for a saving of nearly £8K -- I'm afraid common-sense has ruled !

It was deemed that the license renewal fee wasnt worth paying anymore so the BoD let it go. A decision I agree with as it would have been more pointless cash burn on an ultra early stage prospect and we dont need any more of these !

VaG --- I have to ask from your logical comments, how long have you been in this share ?

If as you say you have this amount of cash in a share like this then you are unlikely to be very wise IMO. I treat my AIM share holdings as a bit of spice (or disappointment) to my main portfolio which I am very happy with. These AIM shares are mostly dog p**** so any lucky breaks are nice but not really what I would hang my hat on !
