I would say it is unlikely we will see that price again any time soon.

Ruvuma income (sale or eventual production) would be the only potential outcome where we might see that, but 5x is a big ask IMHO. Even with a sale for $20 million I doubt we would see above 2p share price

2 well commitment for this year. That will be agreed and budgeted for.

There were some fairly big issues at Kraken last year as well if I remember correctly. I doubt decline rates are as high as 18% from a well performance point of view. Remember there is a big campaign on Kraken this year too so there may be some debottlenecking projects. I don’t have any inside knowledge but it’s not unusual for little projects like that as the throughput and composition changes. Or potentially some equipment not operating at 100% that will be replaced,

These are my humble opinions.

SCIR committed to a work programme budget and they do not have the funds to meet these obligations. In the real world something has to give.
