What I always liked about this company is their expansion without debt and returns to shareholders .
Which in these days of unending credit is very much frowned on.
Contrary to others I still think this company has a very good future ,and will stand alone. But what do I know. :-)

Having checked on the person in question, it seems likely he will stay, as he , quote. Has excellent working relationships with major stakeholders, so especially now ,would not be the best time to shake any trees.
Major stakeholders means government and its departments.

The mine General manager was mentioned but not directly ,but as family.
If we look back at his history ,yes he is culpable of many of our problems.
Finally culminating in the open pit fiasco.
He is responsible for safety. Yet allowed the problem of instability in the face by not doing basic checks.
He was always making statements to the media ,many false ,as if you recall two years ago just around Christmas he did ,about production, to be proved wrong a very short time later.
I would not be surprised if he was replaced this time. His only experience was in the police . He has no mining qualifications as far as I can gather.

If the current plant were able to be used for processing another satellite mine, assuming transportation was economical.
It occurs to me that if there two separate terms of licence, then it would need some form of separation. of processing.
Ie. Sukari profit share ,a new venture not. So a need for EMRA to be able to keep a check which production is 50% which is not.
But first things first ,the confirmation and details need to be seen. Unless as you hinted, a continuation of 50/50. Which would likely put of any thoughts of takeovers.
