Well what a coincidence, Gep75 you appeared on the 3/10/2020 the day Thunder2040and Soulsister accused Sotolo of ramping / de-ramping CEY on the HOCH BULLETIN BOARD.
You appear knowledgeable for a newbie.

Normally trades shown late are tagged historical.
Those trades shown tonight if incorrect will be shown morning as deleted in red or minus blue.
Either way they are correct ,price for buy 350k shares were determined to buy at a small premium.
In the morning it is likely small sells at much less price for manipulation purposes ,but they will affect momentary the shown SP, which give a false impression.
This process has been going on for weeks, just like before last Christmas ,when everything was tried yo keep the price apparently down.
Is the same starting again ?
Possibly ,but many lessons were learned by Centamin, and it's major holder as well as EMRA ,who are in reallity the major interest holder in Sukari, as if you remember ,they in effect allowed the claw back of plant costs over several years without payment of the profit share , in effect a loan.
That showed confidence in each other, which especially nowadays is very difficult to achieve.
I would be interested to hear others views, preferably from LTH or long timers with a historic knowledge here.

This company has so much upside potential and not just at Sukari mine.
The traders cause so much panic.

Sotolo what we are seeing this morning is simply blind panic from traders, who bought too high on the rise.
This shares volatility is driven by short term opportunists ,who more than two weeks is a lifetime.
But in reallity it's value is not in the SP but in digging gold out of the ground for many years to come.
And paying its holders a decent dividend which many miners do not.
In this politically unstable time ,to find better is easier said than done.
Predicting markets at this time and in the near future pointless ,too many invariables.

l am expecting a "Nothing Burger". But could be proved very wrong.
I have made enquiries with Egyptian Media outlets about EMRA news ,nothing.
EMRA is very quiet .
If you think back they have cancelled a previous licence auction, and delayed more than once.
If the auction was not too their expectations ,then it is possible more of the same.
They are inscrutable like their Sphinx, and have total control .
So news ,from them, will likely be for their publics benefit , good ,or possibly nothing.
So I for one don't expect much.
Like Tiger says the production may not be affected too much and probably more than offset by the gold price.
What happens after the election ,should be good for gold, but after Trumps victory in 2016 who can call it.

It's not just one poster on HOC ,that savvies "Job's comforter but two Thunder2040 and Soulsister, both made comments on HOC ,on the 14/10/2020 accusing him of de-ramping.
If you look further back there is much more evidence of de-ramping both companies, when it suits purpose.

Sotolo claims he is not a de-ramped, but if you read his posting history it tells another story, confirmed by a poster on HOC bulletin board as de ramping Centamin ,so he can get in at a lower price yet again.
Best ignored, IMO.

I still find the missing licensing areas strange.
Something big blowing in the wind ?
Or just vivid imaginations and hot air.
We will, maybe, soon find out, when it suits EMRA !

But still producing gold at a price of gold ,3 years ago we would never have believed.

Spot as you might know.
It is essential in the long term ,much drill results, in order to ascertain depth of overburden, and depth and quality of ,ore bearing material. Obviously the first choice will likely be the most economic and quickest to enable positive cash flow .
The companies philosophy being ,new mines will be self sustaining.
A sensible way of starting of which I am in full agreement.
IMHO.

No news from EMRA, yet.
But the views of the world in general ,from an alternative medium are of interest.
This morning suggesting the US $ and the pond are gradually being seen as Emerging Market currencies ,and also their economies being downgraded.
Also alternative views from both Goldman Sachs and Blackrock on future investment strategy.
Blackrock especially so as they are a major stakeholder in CEY .

Soulsister you didn't mention the 12 m sells, but don't worry too much , pre-election. The MM'S are spooked for the time being. But it will be interesting to see if there is an RNS in the morning regarding the buys or sells.
