But all will change when the real inflation kicks in ,with world shortages of pretty much everything , all coming soon to visit you.

Which,not forgetting Europe, who have being paying well over the odds for their supplies of Oil and LPG from the US ,now not certain it will be delivered in sufficient quantities,out on a limb. Even though Trump said they had plenty for sale.

Maybe thats the reason for the war ,cripple the Middle east, so no more from that direction ,Russia sanctioned , the masterplan for reliance and supply from good ole DJT, The art of the deal.

Better start thinking of opening their old Coal fired plants ,just in case ,and opencasting new mines.Apart from wind farms and solar and hope for clearer skies and windy days like now.

Oil Lpg and phosphates (fertilizer) will go to the highest bidder. Depending in how you pay. The countries with Gold backed reserves will no doubt get preference, solid currencies backed by gold or even with Gold. So logic would say , if those commodities rise then so will precious metals.

Trumps master plan, if not accident. Is destroy as much oil production in the world so the Yanks can sell both oil and gas at double or more the price.

Now the US has control of Venezualas heavy oil ,for blending and refining heavy oil based products eg tarmac ashphelt plastics. the US are pretty much self sufficient.

The rest of the western world can then pay off their deficit ,through buying American products.

And not dare complain.

It seems the comex paper market is under severe prssure .

Many ETF funds are insisting in physically verifying the bullion exists , when buying tokenized gold and silver.

The Comex is slowly dying, with central banks beggining to accept it is neccesary to allow inflation to rise ,whilst not able to lower interest rates,due to rising costs and slower growth ,leading to degradation of currency (Rock and hard place)

It would also seem the NY quoted Oil prices are under estimated ,by as much as $30 to $70 per barrel compared to physical prices elsewhere.

No doubt that applyes to other commodities also traded on the futures market.

One can only conclude the paper markets are a giant scam, for traders, bearing no relationship to physical markets.

Of course un-expected wars do not go down well ,instilling confidence, too many uncertainties leading many to throw in their chips and sit on cash ,if they are lucky.

Maybe very good for Gold prices, maybe not, inflation of currencies leaves most poorer.

Obviously higher oil prices affect everything ,and possibly not a resumption short term ,of supplies, especially if the Gulf terminals are destroyed and Hormuz blocked.
