Good morning ,Prof and Razor, if the past rallies are any guide ,a week or so of sideways movement could be expected and some yo-yo ing.
The another move possibly up ,as there is not much to get optimistic about in the near future.
The next big move could be the elections in USA or a vaccine passing the trials,possibly the Russian vac.
The elections are as difficult to predict as the market.
But what do I know,apart from reading tea leaves.

I get the feeling it has gone too far for any to stop.Slow down maybe ,out of control and gaining momentum.
Like a car whose brakes failed.

Regarding the maintenance time.
1. Minor maintenance of say,Ball mills.includes Cleaning,checking liner wear,gear teeth,oil seals and checking for cracks.
2. Essential maintenance, every 2 to 4 years. Checking -changing gear wheels ,bearings .Large gear wheels and shafts.
3. Complete overhaul,more expensive -time consuming. Mill pinions,crown gears and shafts for wear.
So it depends what phase this maintenance is in.
But more than one mill ,so not total shutdown. It is possible to speed up the feed rate.

I just wish we had a choice of the dividend ,paid in gold coins, call them Sukari pharaohs or similar.
I would be willing to pay the delivery. Lol.

going round,the chancellor in the next budget will change how AIM stocks are treated .
Eg , stamp duty,and inheritance tax.
They desperately want more tax revenue.
Guess we just have to wait and see .

If the paper gold were to disappear ,then gold and silver themselves would of course be that base line .
