Good points Poe. This has the feeling of either a curtailed review or at the least slightly unfinished business in the SR. Either way we get half year results on or around 16 July and a video presentation shortly after which will be the first for some while. The Q&A in this should be interesting and hopefully will shed some light on what happened with the SR and what the plan is going forward.

Good point regarding Dowgate. It would be interesting to know what those indicative bids were. It will also be interesting to see if anyone has a second 'nibble' at a bid and what the board had in mind as to what would have be acceptable. I would like to think that we would get another RNS soon just to clarify the Boards plans for the future as the announcement today was a bit vague. Maybe more will become clearer next month.

Some good points being made here. Lets not forget that Tobin bought at £18 all the way down. To reiterate the timing of any announcement the RNS states that 'The Company and the Advisers will provide further updates in respect of these discussions and the Strategic Review as appropriate. The Company aims to announce the conclusion of the Strategic Review during the current quarter, ending 30 June 2026.'

Yes a good post Mav and good to see long term holders here with sensible well formed observations and opinions. I would imagine that we will get news of the strategic review in the trading update/results which I anticipate will be next week. All said you wouldn’t want to take your eyes off this at the moment. BBB - Here here!! The ADVFN board descended into farce ages ago. I've been into BOOM since 2019. I usually have a look first thing in the morning to see if there is a new RNS however I am beginning to think the next significant one maybe at about 12:30 (not today!) before the US markets open. Have to keep a watch on this. Good luck all hopefully a Happy Christmas and Prosperous New Year to all Boom holders.

We didn’t get the usual update and forecast from Cavendish today? Is there the usual shareholder presentation on the cards or have both be delayed in the offer period? Thoughts?

On the back of the Q3 results its worth remembering that we will also get the usual video presentation which should prove interesting. I do wonder, and Im just speculating here, that we get the results and any offer/results of strategic review at the same time? Normally would expect to get the results by 17ish October. All very interesting.
