The language is interesting. AB basically saying no formal approach Mark Kleinman says a number of expressions of interest. Sounds like AB are trying to flush out a bid. Interesting week ahead.

Big Show - I think you may be right! Be interesting to see when they release the update. Sometimes its rushed out quickly other times its about mid month. They keep us guessing usually.

BBB - Yes it could be. Last year we got a 'Flash August trading update' on 10/9 when it looked like figures were looking good. I wouldn't be surprised to get a similar update, assuming the figures are looking good, during September and prior to a September trading update in early October. We are now entering the profitable 3rd and 4th quarters and would expect to see the SP rise accordingly.

Master - I think that's standard wording that they trot out every month BUT it is very irritating that holders in this company seem to be slow or choose to ignore they're obligations to issue TR1's where appropriate.

We should get a TR1 for this I would have thought?

Looks like another 20000 went through earlier. Thats what been keeping it down today.

MCS - I think Stuart indicated in his last trading update that they were aware of 2 institutions that were building a stake here. However as along term holder I can assure you that TR1's for this company are similar in some ways to Rocking Horse S**t.

Yes would be interesting. Always a volatile share but rather disappointing to see this back at this level. I'm surprised that Mr Tobin hasn't had another bite at this level.

Interesting article in the Times today under the heading 'Why AIM is in danger of becoming a self fulfilling doom loop' .

Well is there’s not a substantial upturn in the Sp after this then we are waisting our time on AIM.

And another. Tobin has found some money for another 3800 shares. That knocks into touch some conspiracy theories.

I make it 84 days since Tobins last purchase.

Good to hear from you again Mav. I think we all welcome debate of all sides but some of the nonsense that’s been on here of late is ridiculous. The ADVFN board descended on farce some time ago it would be a shame if that happened here.
