Interesting to see whether the addition of a news item to our website hailing a new Guardian feature of enhanced tracking when face partially obscured by ,eg ,a face mask,will be subject of an RNS later as that is surely another major differentiator between our product & the competition

If MRs B is "connected" why would she sell into a reducing market,which she has caused due to her selling over the last 3 weeks & probably receiving an average of £5-£10 less than she could have achieved to a willing buyer -which is millions of $s with view to the numbers involved - unless anyone here believes her selling was part of a conspiracy to suppress our SP-which could land several protaganists in deep doo doo ?

Some on Advfn expect a fundraising to be under discussion,which is suppressing our SP as there will be folk who know.To retain our independence I would expect our Board to prefer a continued broad shareholder base ,although they may consider bringing in a strategic investor to take a holding & partner us in accelerating our commercialisation plans & a global pharma major with 10% for £35-£40 mill may viewed as a positive.

History is littered with horrendous coach crashes around the World ,resulting in substantial loss of life & driver fatigue is likely to be a major factor .Many passengers should feel comforted by the presence of our system & hopefully competitors who lose business to those offering extra safety features will compel them to contact SEE

Assuming our Board & IIs are happy with Paul’s performance I am sure that new shares will be offered to him should these lapse ,in order to retain him & see through his plan .If we achieve what he has stated he expects to achieve we will all (with the odd exception) be happy with the outcome & in the current uncertain World the Market needs tangible evidence of our performance -so let’s hope we remain on target to meet broker/analyst expectations for FY22 & that FY23 remains on track at A$85-$90mill revenue

Pragmatic comments TK & Spin & with 30+sales people + Insurance companies signing up ,&med practices issuing prescriptions we may have hoped for some minor ‘insider ‘buying -especially from US where many more follow the Stock Market than elsewhere .Results must be published by 30/6 so we will know the truth soon enough & let’s hope those of us with large Cohinas will be rewarded ,rather than those acting together to short

Consensus revenue for FY22 is around $55mill,so a doubling every 6 months would see us achieve $220mil for FY23,similar to that ,of Mobileye prior to Intels acquisition for around $13bill.I doubt whether the most bullish amongst us do not anticipate FY23 revenue exceeding $200 mill -although our SP would be likely to rerate should FY23 forecasts be higher than expectec

My guess is they want £30

Realistically , for our SP to rise materially we need either /or-
1)A trading statement saying we are substantially ahead of expectations-which is unlikely with view to continued supply chain issues in Auto & retrofit having installation constraints
2)Major RFQ wins to be announced taking our initial contract value to substantially higher levels
3)Fleet OEM deal involving substantial numbers
4)The long awaited major Aviation deal with numbers
5)An unrequited low ball offer
I am sure that if Pauls current options expire that new ones will soon be issued to ensure that he will be well rewarded for our prospective success & to keep him motivated.The general consensus is that he is doing a great job but we now need to see that reflected in the numbers for our SP to move towards broker targets, ie 15-20p

The Administrator will surely recover the cost of any guarantees in respect of all relevant contracts, ie on which Kino gave guarantees & until that amount is quantified uncertainty will remain -although if this could be done quickly & the downside identified ,the current SP could seem to have been very low as the core business appears to be performing strongly.
Unfortunately the Boards integrity comes into question too & full explanations ,resulting in the hiving off of DCB & its subsequent very rapid descent into the abyss, may help -although it is doubtful whether full explanations will ever be provided

They , like most companies, are from faultless, & I sold out completely a few years ago after an unexpected profits warning only a few weeks after a positive trading statement.glad to have bought back in & reporting consistent over recent years & with 155 less shares in issue we currently look strong in these volatile markets I am glad to have a & of my portfolio here as we get a very good yield & the potential for growth

Most welcome & unexpected positive news & perhaps our SP will move towards broker targets of £19 as our dividends will increase proportionatly,our cash balance will continue growing despite the continuation of ( & increasing) share buy backs .Strong investment for volatile times ,which are, unfortunately , likely to continue

QC,OM,chip manufacturers & even the mighty Tesla all know what we do & there is a risk that someone will try & buy us cheaply & while we have large investors who will have the final decision some could be tempted by offers giving them a great exit (as PIs) but still substantially undervaluing our potential .
More deals &,most importantly ,empirical evidence of our growing momentum & traction based on increasing revenues will result in the re rating which we all crave & then locking in a higher valuation for our market leading tech in a market which will explode over the next 3 years

Terrific news & I agree with SEE20 that Kevin T (& Nick) have been developing our relationships in Japan, backed up by our incredible innovative engineers & technology, & this will hopefully be the first of many RFQ wins in that part of The World & that their value will expand to substantially more than the initial lifetime value.

My view is that todays RNS will consolidate our market lead over all competitors,enable us to offer more functionality than our rivals,the effect will be immediate ( ie once incorporated into out r tech stack),we acquired the license & not a competitor,will help speed up the prospects of major Aviation deals ,our major partners will be delighted & confirm our recent claims that we expect to win substantially more of the current & future RFQs.
I expect that todays RNS improves the likely success rate of current & future sales pitches.
In the face of exceptional market volatility & global geo economic & political forces I remain optimistic.

The only reason this would be tweeted is if it was happening -although an RNS giving facts & figures would help our SP my view is that PM has a plan which is slowly unfolding & all will be revealed when the time is right & , meanwhile,we must remain patient

Over to PM to prove them wrong as Redeye appear to be trying to deflate the whole DMS market although I doubt whether VW or any other OEM would discuss that sort of info to Redeye or anyone else .
