Winning the majority of the outstanding RFQs ,confirmation of a more rapid increase in Fleet numbers than expected & the long awaited Aviation deal (which Paul still expects )together execution of our substantial growth plans .

1.5-2.0% if issued shares have changed hands since yesterday & the heft trading may not yet be over so it will be interesting to see ,if we ever find out ,who may be buying & selling -unless CFP has gone bullish again ?

£.5.6mill acquisition ,utilising the majority of our free cash-nich,high margin,but ,in my opinion higher risk due to supplying sectors which are likely to be affected by The Recession.
Positives are minimal dilution & ,if successful our dividends will continue to increase & our SP should follow that -at some point in the future

But do we want that interest to start now with a SP of 6p+-or after more time to give the opportunity for us to have won more Auto RFQs,released G3,secure material Fleet contracts,sign the meaningful Aviation contact/contracts Paul still believes will happen -possibly when our SP is closer to Cenkos target of 25p-ie let the bidding start from a much higher level which is more likely to secure a high price for our valuable stock.

If we expect an auto royalty of $7-12 per unit & ours is the best product technologically ,how much cheaper would our competitors be selling their offerings per unit for & ,ultimately ,would OEMs risk the quality of their offering for a relatively small amount per unit -which is probably why we won 80% of recent RFQs responded to

Lets hope Mobileye arent tempted to use their ability to expand by acquisition following their IPO to target ourselves before we have been able to demonstrate our true potential.

Clearly potential for Bdms to be a more successful part of our offering than we, or Paul, would have ever imagined

As our brand & business grows in the US I would expect investors there to become more interested in our stock - especially with view to the sector we operate in .With almost $1bill in the bank we certainly dont need money but a full Nasdaq quote has to be a possibility,allbeit when conditions improve .

Stellas appointment at substantial risk to her hugely successful reputation will help achieve just that

Redeye /SEYE appear to be more fixated on what we are doing rather than concentrating on what they are doing & it is clearly obsessive & very unhealthy.Perhaps Martin is looking to exit & is talking up his own book even more than usual.

For a substantial increase in the SP a corporate event is needed showing a substantial uplift in the value of investee companies -or ,in these dire markets ,we are destined to continue festering at these lowly levels however much positive rhetoric can be mustered

Over the last 12 months Directors have paid up to 11.60p for new shares & it will be interesting to see if they buy more after Finals -bearing in mind they can now buy for almost 50% of 11.60p & we have made excellent progress since then apart from being substantially de risked since the Magna deal

Their closing the offer early requires further explanation & were I you ,Swanny ,I would be irritated as had it been kept open until today they may well have achieved a full subscription which would have underpinned & given more confidence in our SP .I appreciate that you have a large holding & I would have thought an email to AS requesting an explanation would be entirely appropriate

True Carpe Diem-P & N will be giving an update on the business & expecting positive RNSs on consecutive days is expecting too much.

If Paul & Naomi will be updating shareholders at our 10am Town Hall ,there has to be a 7am trading update -otherwise they will have nothing to update us on -other than reiterating the update from August

Q3 trading update imminently & CMC s statement today is a positive for us & our SP has been recovering well over recent days which,on confirmation of a strong Q3 & increasing US traction,should help our SP recover further towards previous highs.As we grow in the US we will no doubt be considering a US listing,although we dont need cash as we must now be in excess of $1 bill

One of our investee companies are about to announce a fundraise at a substantial premium to the previous valuation & AS desperate not to be diluted

We made an acquisition a while ago for a conpany who were hopefully able to speed up our development in certain areas .As we are close to inflection point it may be more the case that a focussed acquisition may speed up development of some aspect of our IP & what we won’t want to do is spend 2 years & millions of $s developing something which we can buy now
Just a thought !

Is there any possibility that some of our newly raised cash could be used for an acquisition,ie based on 30/6 cash we did not need cash now & our margin mix should be rapidly improving as more cars come off the production line including our DMS ?

I plan to arrive early tomorrow so it would be great if anyone familiar with the area could recommend a caf close by where any early birds can meet for pre meeting chat & liase on questions to be asked -the danger being that we will all ask similar questions in slightly different ways
