That’s interesting, and helpful, and the fact the Company can tap into cash so easily as they develop is a positive.

Let’s s see what develops from here.

I note that Jonathan Marren has just bought £20K’s worth, be good to see all the board adding at these gift prices.

Good on him, especially after his 500K of share options.

Shows how much value he sees at these levels.

So, Our 25K seller still at it, although the price holding steady.

Let’s see if another large buy appears at the end of the week.

Wad, as this IPO’d at 60p I suspect 99% of holders are underwater, those buying at these levels will significantly reduce their average and may well hold long enough to make the turnaround very worthwhile.

For me, this isn’t a trade, as I think BTC and Companies positioning themselves in this Space will perform extremely well in the medium term.

As everything in equities has become more ‘medium term’ then it’s a sensible frame of mind to adopt.

As I mentioned before, Mode provides a great risk free way to start building a BTC Holding, it might not seem much to start with but it all adds up, and when BTC starts gaining traction again then interest will grow rapidly.

We’re in very interesting times & All FIAT currencies are under huge pressure, BITCOIN May have suffered too from ATH’s but it continues to be adopted because it makes sense, and as users grow, so will it’s value.

Another 50K, which was a struggle, and it’s pinged up 9.1%, now 5.7p to buy.

I added more BTC via MODE in several tranches, nice commission for them both ways, with open banking it’s very quick to buy BTC or receive GBP.

The next BTC Bull run will be interesting here.

Orders being filled. Very good price for that amount of Stock, Mr multiple 25K has gifted them.

Will arrive at some point, I note some ‘interesting’ 50K trades today, As stock is so tight I’m sure we’ll see some ‘smoke & mirrors’ as orders are placed & MM’s look to fill them.

This will be particularly true once the US listing is completed, Although a different sector I noted when I held ARB at 6p with a teeny MCap whilst the US Crypto Miners had tremendous Valuations, once ARB joint listed on the OTC US investor demand helped sky rocket the SP, past 300P as I recall. There just wasn’t enough stock for the demand.

I see a similar scenario playing out here, there will come a point, a Catalyst, that will see buyer demand heavily outstrip available Stock, and this will re-rate suddenly.

I said the same thing with ARB and my posts are still there, December 2020, Jan 2021 on onwards, Hold, you’ll be rewarded. Etc.

Who would not want to part of this revolution, Green, profitable, energy security, and plenty of Upside, hopefully we won’t be taken out too soon by one of the many big Companies that would bolt this Tech on.

I did some research on Analysts research, for what that’s worth (!!) and 12 month targets 500% up from where we are are repeated by several, 275p a share puts our MCap at a tad over £300M.

It’s going to be an interesting 12 months.

May need a few days to sink in but this will get major press coverage, and the market will start to look forward.

This, combined with our other global projects suggests momentum is starting to build, no wonder IES is in discussion for rapid scale up.

In the US this would be many multiples, so wait for our US listing to be announced.

What a fantastic RNS.

I think that any major funding for the increase in scale for this technology will come at Government level, whether Australian, US, UK, or any major economy looking to support wind & Solar power generation.

However, a joint US listing, which is on the cards with our involvement with EAS advisors LLC will see much greater investor interest, American investors will be very attracted to this I believe.

I also thought the ‘compelling numbers’ of storing green power ( think Wind at night) to sell onto the grid at the most expensive time very interesting, the tech will support big profits for investing in this, and ultimately it’s profit that Companies want.

Green & highly profitable, big tick.

So our Revenue has improved a teeny bit, from April 2021 at $3.8 Million to an already contracted revenue of $66 Million for 2022.

Already Contracted, so one assumes a fair whack more to come in during 2022.

Seems current MCap of £144M might seem a tad light.

Of buyers at £9.00.

About to move up IMO.

I’ve added a further 12K today. More funds being released over the next few days so selfishly hoping the SP remains depressed.

I’ve reached my first accumulation target of 100K shares, but at these prices will add a further 50K.

We may get a TR1 as our 25K seller continues, I believe this is the reason the SP is down, plus a few weak holders not comfortable with it falling.

Having a huge cash buffer, plus inventory & no debt should underpin the SP around this point, so Agricore, I agree with you, positive news and we’ll be heading in the other direction.

£140 Billion

Seems ‘The Market’ is being a bit hard, or perhaps it’s our relentless seller unloading 25K lumps that’s causing the ‘perceived’ displeasure at our results.

As it stands the business is valued at Zero.

Our Cash, Inventory & forward orders make up our current MCap.

When our seller is done & The Company announce further sales then perhaps buyers will see what Invinity is actually Worth.

Meanwhile, As an aside, Rivian, the electric truck designer, was valued at over £1400 Billion before it manufactured a Truck, or even sold one.

VW is valued at £139 Billion.

Sometimes, and for short periods, the market makes no sense. I’ve added more today.

Interestingly, weekend FT was covering ESG potential investments which were significantly undervalued.

Institutional Investors ( who already hold a substantial amount of stock here) were all over this at £1.00 last November, so much so that they bought £25 Million worth of stock at that price.

For the PI to be able to load up at half the price of the II’s is a rare treat.

So, I’ve been loading, and will continue doing so.

Only 116M shares in issue, most held, that’s why it moves so easily on small volume.

Imagine the demand if the US Government decide to fund a US Invinity Factory…….plus numerous other events.

Trade a few, but be sure to keep a core holding for the longer term, I do believe this will do something special.
