By the same token, the potential & the sector is very interesting, so when it re-lists, a number may want to increase their holdings, & new investors will want to invest.

There are a few Ed tech business worth Billions, so there’s an argument that DEV is highly undervalued, and that has been proved by the decision for CJ to walk away from a £50M investment.

This is a Company that should be in many portfolios, the potential is too huge to not be a part of the Journey, as an existing investor I certainly won’t be reducing my holding.

So I’ll hold off with the next buy, Mr 25K selling into the drop.

Mind you, just waiting on some funds so will be buying 50K chunks if it stays down here, or drops lower.

Relentless fall will prey on the weaker holders, who will give up their shares.

Crypto Licence worth a lot more than our current MCap to one of the major Crypto players.

The weak Crypto companies have gone under leaving the big players gaining an even bigger share.

Only 33 FCA crypto licences issued, and anyone with any investment sense is going to want their Crypto investment to be FCA affiliated.

Book looks pretty strong to me 4v1, all the weak have disappeared and value investors are here as they recognise a Company ‘Going places’.

Coca Cola & Subway ( Massive American Companies with powerful Global reach) recognise what Guild has already achieved and are on-board, these early relationships don’t come about by accident, marketing & advertising budgets for any sized Companies are clearly thought out & administered.

And Guild is attracting the biggest.

And that’s rather impressive.

Personally, I think Guild is going to do very well indeed, the foundations they are building are truly impressive.

Some good research & educational posts recently, these boards can be useful when used accordingly.

I’m mindful that our ‘catalyst’ will arrive one day, perhaps in the form of the Siemens Gamesa update, or the US listing combined with an even bigger pipeline of potential sales, or maybe a big order uplift via Hyosong?

But whatever the next update, it’s a fact that Invinity, (whilst currently off Investors radars,) is one of the few World Class Companies manufacturing VFB’s, it’s a market leader with numerous patents, and well proven product & technology.

All that’s happening at the moment is an ever increasing potential sales pipeline as the demand grows, Governments across the Globe are pushing decarbonisation & grid scale energy storage forms a part of this.

The Energy Superhub Oxford project will be receiving great scrutiny & accolade, and I suspect Invinity sales will be very busy.

Meanwhile, whilst our Share Price stagnates at what I believe is an unprecedented low level, once the tide turns, it will be hard to stop, the impetus and knowledge of what Invinity does, and it’s ‘piece in the renewable jigsaw’ becomes apparent to a larger audience, this will gain great exposure.

I note that our 25K seller is still here as I type, 09:23 sale, so maybe I’ll manage some more at an even more ridiculous price.

And Hyperice both announced last week.

I think a week or 2 for that to sink in before we start announcing more sponsors.

There’s a lot going on here, and our audience is growing rapidly.

Will certainly be Volatile after many months of suspension.
I’ll be holding tight, there’s too much going on with DEV right now & the Valuation seems minuscule against the potential.

I’d like to know how EAS are getting on expanding our presence in US commercial & financial markets.

It’s been 10 weeks since they were commissioned, so I expect an update on this soon.

Alternatively, invest in a Company that deals in Longevity assets, which are not correlated to the Market.

Shorts need to buy back the stock & close the position first, to crystallise the profit.

Gild is on the Main Market.

You’ve posted a fair bit here, very negatively, and regularly at 1.65p.

This is now consolidating nicely at 2.25p which is 38% higher, than when you were telling everyone to bail, get out, dog stock etc etc.

Furthermore, Coca Cola & Hyperice have both recently been announced as Sponsors and the trading update suggests discussions were with 30 Sponsors was ‘ongoing’, so one can assume that 28 might still be rather interested, given 2 have come aboard very recently.
Not forgetting that New Companies may also be looking at Sponsoring Guild following the signing of a Global mega brand such as Coca Cola.

Momentum is a great play with small, fast growing Companies, and I suggest there will be plenty of positive news in the short & medium term.

Furthermore, with £3 Million in cash a raise isn’t necessary or imminent, excluding whatever cash the recent Sponsors have pledged.

X2 1 Million Share buys & x2 500K buys, someone block buying amongst the short term sellers?

Trading Seems to start like this each morning then ending blue by close, I suspect stock is finding it’s way into stickier hands, I have no doubt about the Medium term here.

Possible that the share is being Shorted, but it only serves as a buying opportunity for those that want to build a holding here, if someone is Short then they’ll need to buy the stock back to close, and that could be awkward.

Still think one Of the big boys has reduced & we’ll get a TR1 at some point.

Yup, I’m sure whoever it is that’s dumping should have lodged a TR1 by now, over the last few months it amounts to Millions of shares, on the basis that this has been going on for many weeks at plus 100K Shares per day.

It’s tough when one holds a stock with a big holder dumping, but they eventually run out of reduce to their specific level, and the stock can re-balance.

With the knowledge that IES are closing a sales backlog of £13.8 M, plus have 608.3 Qualified MWh’s in the pipeline up to May 2022, up from 207.5MW h in Nov 21, plus £20 plus Million in the bank puts any current Share Price slump as a purely technical & temporary situation in my opinion, & mainly due to our big seller. There isn’t sufficient new news to pull in new investors yet to absorb the constant sells.

I have a big holding here, but profits from another stock May well find they’re way here too, should market forces continue as they are.

Yes, I contacted Guild media relations last week when the Coca Cola deal was announced on the LSE but not in the US.
They responded to me & it was announced on the OTC on Friday, the following day.

The US investors haven’t got wind of what’s going on with Guild currently, it’s going to be interesting when someone notice’s GULDF stock is much cheaper on the OTC, than it’s LSE value.

This will move up quickly, it’s moving up on each buy now, suggesting a shortage of stock.

The Coca Cola deal was announced in the US on Friday so it may kick start some activity on the OTC.

29 Further Sponsorship deals in discussion, & no doubt with new Companies being alerted to the growing potential of targeted advertising with Guild…..

I’m interested to see the range of Companies Sponsoring Guild.

I’m also interested in how the Future of eSports integrates with the Metaverse, I like the fact Guild are developing strong Sponsorship revenues, but as the grow rapidly are also poised to enter a whole new market.

It clearly states in the TA that we are in discussions with up to a further 30 potential sponsors.

Bitstamp stumped up £4.5M Million over 3 years, Subway is a ‘Multimillion’ pound agreement, Coca Cola undisclosed, plus our other current Sponsors.

How do current & potential investors think the Share Price is going to react as more & more Sponsors come aboard?

As an analogy, The Coca Cola deal is the drawbridge that has been lowered across the moat, it’s such an amazing brand to have as a sponsor, that our other sponsors will be scrambling to get over.

This is probably one of the easiest holds I’ve come across, just hold & wait as Sponsors are added, the regular newsflow is going to be fantastic.

Guild, as a brand in its own right, is growing up very quickly .
