I've just returned from a trip to the Med so am catching up today checking on what's what. I hold a decent chunk of these and will continue to hold for the medium term as I am confident that the company has turned a corner. However, it's disappointing that the Finance director can only ferret around and stump up £990.00 - I'm not really sure what sort of a statement that sends out - maybe it was all he had in his trousers at the time. It makes his dealing costs as a percentage of the purchase look expensive - and being the finance director I'd have thought they looked at stuff like that. It might be more of an internal statement suggesting that he'd like a pay rise.

It's always good to have counter opinions and thoughts offering caution, makes one questions one's investment and research more, which in turn creates a longer term investor, someone who is happy to sit back and let time do it's thing. FTC I believe have now put the difficult times behind it and the orders are coming 'thick & fast' - personally I'm very happy with the $2 Million contracts regularly - this Major OEM has probably negotiated a good discount for it's $24.2 Million order, but it paves the way for competitors to sit up and take notice...... which in turn provides further demand.

I don't agree with your comment that 'they have basically subsidised the orders' - this order is from a Major European OEM and is headed 'New Contract Win' ... So, the Major OEM might well be supplying some of it's dealers/distribution channels through the order - and FTC are saying that this order, whilst being a bit of a whopper, is 'not normal' because the OEM is supplying its dealers, so it may be a 'one off' contract until the dealers newly supplied inventory diminishes in the future. - It is however, an order worth $24.2 Million.. And there have been other significant orders of late and it's a very healthy order book.

If peeps research they'll note that the Company had an issue a few years back with an antennae, they sorted it out but in the meantime the SP fell to a ridiculously low level - the Company is Solid and is at the top of its game, the many recent contract wins in 2016 are testimony to that - DYOR then sit back..

A proper re-rate has begun.

On top of $13.8 in new contracts this year - the BoD have certainly turned this ship around after a tricky few years - solid Company..... Still hugely undervalued - today and next few weeks should be interesting.

I post this seems to have gone up another 10p - hardly surprising.

Starting to move nicely now on small buys following massive buying yesterday, great Divvy return at these prices - lock them away.

Good post WB and in total agreement - this was oversold with an element of panic - the Company holds over 50 patents, has small free float, pays a good Divvy, it should be an ISA tuckaway in many a PF's - certainly been a great opportunity for a hefty top up - and I note many are doing this today.

Drops always upset investors & it takes a while for confidence to return - some gentle buying here and for good reason - looks like good Value IMO - nice steady Divvy in the ISA!

So I do believe that the market has woken up to the fact that FTC has turned a corner - New Contracts worth $13.8 Million from one Major European OEM in the space of a few months - certainly going to improve the figures for the year & onwards I suspect!!

Difficult to buy and many re-quotes required, FTC I believe is very much on the mend.
