MT's offloaded a chunk of his stock to some unsuspecting investors at twice the current price whilst all other shareholders are staring at hefty losses! You couldn't make it up. If they'd bought on the open market the SP would be back in the teens, or more.

When one can currently buy them for 4.5p? Is this news going to help me decide to re-invest? I'd like some traction on Sales please.

Thank you, I have always tried to be transparent, posting trades as confirmation of holdings, defending against shorters comments and supporting the Company where I could. I steadily increased my holdings to 'Irresponsible' levels for a start up, such was my enthusiasm for the sector, and I am still excited about the potential of 'Workplace Analytics' - I think the concept has massive potential. However, what I became uneasy about was the lack of clarity within management and the continual lack of traction on sales. I had invested a very large sum and it became clear that if I didn't move those funds my Loss would become more than substantial. Agreed, this dip may only be temporary whilst holders have been unsettled, but I couldn't afford to 'sit and hope' that MT's departure won't continue to have a significantly negative effect on the business. And Crazy, your continuous inane comments on the board everyday ' Dashed on the rocks' etc - is just tedious.

Good Post & I agree with you - let's wait and see. I'd rather sit on the sidelines and watch at the current time, miss a 'mark up' on good news and join the party from a more knowledgeable standpoint, rather than watch a hefty amount of cash get rapidly smaller on unknowns.

Those losses were covered when IRV broke 96p. I'm going to hang onto them and enjoy the Divi once they settle the ship.

And wrote off £22K here in the 7's on a large holding. That sort of hit hurts, and reminds me why listening to my gut is important. I overlooked the 'Burning show leather, Ice to Eskimos' and other unsophisticated phrases whilst wondering why the BOS products launched by The special Indian sales Centre has only managed to sell 50 seats in 10 months. MT has been the entire driver of BOS and 'sold a story' to big corporate types like Bill Brooks. If Bill announces he's stepping down as he may well now feel he's been cast adrift, then there won't be any sales at all, let alone one's in excess of £20M over a 3 year term. MT's sudden departure certainly rocked my confidence, and whilst I tried to maintain a positive angle whilst watching my losses steadily grow I realised I was kidding myself, and that I needed to put the remaining Capital into a Company which had an established future. Fortunately I re-couped those losses buying heavily into IRV around 72p. Will I re-invest in BOS? I'm going to watch, wait, and see how this develops, but I'm currently a very disappointed former shareholder.

One can't run a public Company like a private fiefdom. Until recently BOS was 'working to a plan' with offices planned to open in London etc. I note now from the recent RNS that this is no longer the case. MT leaving the board makes me feel uneasy as I suspect it is to enable him to move out his shareholding without notice. The conversion notice RNS is to try to settle the sliding SP whilst the 'Smoke & Mirrors' style of management continues. No choice but to hold, fortunately losses here are covered by gains elsewhere but very unimpressed.

Is the Holding Company, hence the name, BOS Global Holdings Ltd. It will acquire appropriate businesses wherever, and accelerate sales through acquisition. Whilst there are some regular negative posters here I do agree that I don't quite understand why MT hasn't at least remained on The Board. In regards to ditching The Board 'The major shareholder & 'MD of another Company ' bit doesn't cut it - look at Lenigas!! Whilst I see the sense in MT getting CD and its clientele on track with the BOS products I don't appreciate his departure from 'my' Company without a full explanation. Following today's news I did expect to be looking a a fairly large red number in my PF, which has proved correct, the trouble now is deciding at which point to lob in a further dollop. I may wait for clarification of events first.

What, along with MT's 43% holding? MT trusts Bill, who by the way, has an outstanding reputation. Furthermore, there's a degree of safety in spreading responsibility, you can't have a Company run & managed by one person - that's always been my concern - so now at least we have 2 Companies developing sales - with an independent MD in each one - much better.

It's Mozax, with an 'X' ! If it gets hammered it won't be because I've sold any, in fact, I've arranged further funds to increase my holding should we get some sort sighted sellers. The announcement is all about positives, strategy and developing the business - there's nothing negative - Bill Brooks is very well connected & more than capable of developing the leads in Europe, and MT can now focus on accelerating sales through CD, and it's existing network. I'm liking this move alot - & whatever 'Spin' comes out of it, it may present an opportunity for my ISA top-up. Simple.

Th reason for the move is that MT is 100% focussed on BOS, there's no doubting that, his 42% holding in the Company and development of the software with the rest of the crew - this is a very tight knit group. MT has clearly identified that Call Designs established Global Blue Chip clientele is a faster route to developing sales, he agreed a very clever deal of obtaining the remaining 60% of that business on existing terms - you can see that listing it and then closing some bigger sales of the software will rapidly re-value Call design - & of course BOS. Whilst I'm happy for the MD's role to be shared between Bill & Mark in the interim I'll be very interested to see who they announce as the new MD in due course.

Bill Brooks can run BOS whilst MT Focuses on the already established clientele of Call Design. From the media statement I note that MT is already Chairman of Call design, that didn't take long as he'd only joined the board a short while ago - he will focus on the listing whilst Bill closes those European leads. Funding still in place, £1,875,000M - nice bit of working Capital!!

Yup, I've steadily increased during the 'silly SP' period and have a million in MYSQ. The rebels are a concern although their Mingalarbar Morning will be well tuned into, I always look for the positives!! I've a million here too, sadly only 500k in CPX. Lobbed £20k in TCM around £1.10 a few weeks back - funny goings on there atm. I do think BOS will come good, it could be a belter, but patience required. Let me know when you're confident enough to join in, you're a thorough researcher.

No, GW. BOS arranged a private deal to acquire the 40%, the 50p per share with CD 'suggests' BOS valued the Company around £6 Million. 6.4 EBITBA etc, refer to the RNS. When CD floats it will issue x amount of shares giving an MCap of, I would think, around the £6 million mark. BOS's 40% holding will be worth £2.4 million, no dilution. Agreed, that future placings with CD on ASX will dilute the BOS holding within CD only. CPX is enjoying itself I note, I'm glad I joined you there with a hefty chunk a few months back!

No, if Call Design lists on The ASX it doesn't dilute BOS's Holding. The 40% equity investment in CD in MAY 2017 made by BOS was for £280K in Cash & 5 Million & 40 thousand ordinary fully paid shares in BOS. As Call Design is its own entity, has been trading 18 years & lists independently on The ASX then it is valued independently, it trades independently and funds can be raised, via placings, independently. The fact that BOS owns 40% of that Company, (With the option to acquire the remaining 60% on the same terms as those discussed in May) and that Company has just over 5 Million shares in BOS doesn't affect anything. It's simply another vehicle in another market for MT to use to raise funds, which, he wants to raise for a reason, and that's to grow the business.
