MOS currently have an MCap of 2.2M. In the trading update in July we had �2.3M in cash and revenues of �5.6M, No debt but and EBITA loss of �0.65M. 6 Weeks ago we had a trading update and the SP fell from circa 5p to a low of around 1.85p. - It said traction in India wasn't as they had hoped, & that some of the subscribers were having problems paying - and revenues from operations in Argentina were continuing to steadily decline. Then about 5 weeks ago it was noted that there was a sudden massive increase in visitors to the Mobilegaming.com site, mostly from India, - in June we had visitor numbers around 240,000 for the month. In October this was the average DAILY' volume, with some days of over 400,000 Visitors. The market isn't convinced that it means anything so we continue to sit at an MCap of �2.2M. Or rather, The Market is waiting to be told exactly what is happening by The BOD. Then we'll see if the accumulators at these prices have made the right move!! I personally think that we've been given enough hints in the last 2 RNS's to suggest that India is where MOS needs to be and that the investment is an 'exciting' prospect.

Intention to appoint administrators The Directors have concluded that in the circumstances it is in the best interests of stakeholders as a whole that the Company and Subsidiary be placed into administration. Accordingly, the Directors intend to appoint administrators and expect such appointment to be made shortly, such appointment to be confirmed by a separate announcement at the respective time. It is expected that the appointment of administrators would cause equity holders to receive little-to-nil value.

Good post & I agree - & with only 132 Million Shares in issue it also gives The Company a good chance to realise a decent MCap & therefore a nice profit for investors with a very different SP - that's why the shares will get tucked away, rather than traded.

Buying & Holding - it's now moving up on a whisker, lovely LTH in the ISA. This was tipped a few years ago and hasn't moved much since then - now it's all starting to come together. Investors have to have a big chunk of Lithium in their PF's - surely!

I think we've all accepted The Risky investment just by being here in AIM - India offers vast opportunity, along with a peppering of risk, it's all part of the potential of a hefty reward.

Looking at those first 2 trades of 150K & 200K I suspect they are MM trades to encourage some sellers - stock is tight so lots of games ahead - particularly on announcement day!

�1.20 will come pretty quickly. BCN has languished for a few years and finally the market is getting interested!

The trend is slowing at the moment so November will be interesting, I'm intrigued to know what has brought about the sudden uplift but whatever the reason, I'm sure that MOS will glean valuable data from the sudden visitor numbers and react accordingly.
