Mode is Main market.

An opportunity down at this level imo.

BTC has dropped by a significant percentage from ATH’s.

This provides an opportunity to add/top up/ build a position.

Some sell, others will buy.

Every transaction earns a fee for Mode.

Give this some time, I think Mode could be huge.

Feels more like a ruse to get the price up for a placing, to fund growth.

The Company has agreements but no cash, Plus, the Mykonos presentation just made the CEO look incompetent.

Guild is building a great brand with Millions of followers already, they are putting good foundations in place & with Soros Fund, Schroders, Blue Star Capital, David Beckham etc as significant shareholders, it has very good backing.

IPO at 8p so feels good value down at this level.

Bought at 36.75p.

Quite happy to be at nearly half that price.

IPO at 50p, plus £7.5M raised at 50p.

Passrenti, I think if you look back at my posts on Guild you’ll note I’ve been adding here for weeks, as low as 3p.

I’m very aware of the significant holders such as Soros fund, DB, etc and the IPO at 8p.

A lot of traction since that date and SUBWAY aboard, an $11 billlion dollar Company.

You may think I talk rubbish but historically I’ve made a great deal of money investing heavily in undervalued stocks.

I hold a million here and certainly won’t be relinquishing any until we get a sensible MCap.

My comment on the Volume was genuine, and you might want to consider where all the stock has come from, as I said, we’ll know more shortly.

Bitcoin rising again after a slow sell off so interest growing again.

I think 2022 could be a pivotal year for Mode, and I’ve had this on my radar since IPO, may add another 50K for an 18 month hold.

In the ISA of course, 91M shares in issue, could move very fast on the right news.

I’ve been thinking about the Volume,

60M in 2 days.

I’ve struggled to accumulate over weeks here, often placing smaller buy orders to have them filled.

Suddenly, there are many millions of shares traded, in what has always been an illiquid stock

Who’s selling? Or has a placing been forward sold?

Either way we’re about to find out, but whilst I’m a big holder here, and happy to see it rise, there’s something else going on, not just a new sponsor driving this.

13M traded in 50 mins, something afoot.

Nearly 12 Million traded, interesting movement, not unusual to see stock dropped to collect shares prior to an announcement, let’s see what the next few days bring.

All the hard work has been done, and now the Contracts are rolling in.

It wouldn’t surprise me in the least if BIDS gets snapped up by one of the big boys.

Certainly worth tucking a core holding away for such an eventuality.

This news is sufficient to galvanise investors to add BIDS to any portfolio with exposure to this exciting sector, if at some point it appears they’ve overpaid and the stock drops, most will simply average down and add, the story is too solid & the potential to great, so buying sub 10p (MCap £100M) doesn’t seem overly risky.

Listed on the NASDAQ BIDS would be £200M MCap plus already, The AZERION deal is enormous.

Then let’s see what else comes along…..

Don’t get confused about how the market works, or what needs to be issued by RNS for ‘new money’ to find its way here.

The UK Stock Market is open globally to anyone who is in a position to invest, and BIDS is finding its way onto new investor radars especially following the deal with AZERION.

It’s also perfectly possible that with an MCap over £50M there may be reasoning to list on the Main Market, or better still, the NASDAQ.

Have a good w/e all, no need to fret on daily movements with this one, it’s the trend which is of interest.

Who has watched The Trailer on The Bidstack Website & seen the size of the deals recently announced by RNS has to agree that this is about as exciting an investment as there is.

Rapid scalability, techy, Metaverse immersive, enormous monetising potential,you name it, Bidstack is in ‘the right place at the right time’.

We all know what a huge industry this is, and BIDS announcing their huge contracts recently underpins their position & future potential.

As discussed in a recent interview, if this was on the NASDAQ the MCap would already be circa £200M plus, the US is tech savvy, the UK is not, there are numerous examples of this differential.

It wouldn’t surprise me to see BIDS list on The OTC, (for starters) having demand for the stock from US investors has helped UK Companies benefit hugely, one example was ARB, (ARgo Blockchain) this was 12p when it co-listed on the OTC in early January 2021 , 2 months later it was 280p.

I’ve built a substantial holding here and am more than content to leave them in the ISA for at least 12 months & see how we’re getting on.

I certainly wouldn’t want not to be part of this story.
