Billions of gallons of dirty sulphery fuel burnt in our atmosphere each year.

Along comes a Company that has developed, and Patented the technology, to turn municipal waste into CLEAN aviation fuel.

And people are selling out for a few pounds of profit on the day it’s announced that 1 major airline has signed a 15 year 575 Million blended gallon agreement, and another major airline has signed a 10 year MOU for 192 Million Gallons on net zero fuel.

This is just 2 Airline Companies.

Velocys own the IP, that’s what we are selling, that is our asset.

Understand that we will be selling this same technology to numerous Companies.

It’s not about the time frame to production for this deal, as the pipeline of orders starting from now could be immense.

The point is that the first commercial flight using SAF was only on 21st June 2021.

Within 4 months a few major players are all over this.

The 148 patents in 41 fields are the value of this Company and proper investors understand that the technology is being adopted at lightening speed, and it has to be.

Expect more and more contracts/MOU’s to be forthcoming, the technology has been proven.

100K for me, I’ve shifted my perspective on a total Holding here so am continuing to add, given the momentum of sales, growing distribution outlets, international expansion, new facility with capacity for 6 million units, imminent main market listing ………I feel the MCap is very low.

Yes, I understand that this is a growth Company and circa £10M was raised at 3.5p earlier this year. Yes, further funds will be required to accelerate growth but revenues are growing, it’s going to be interesting to see how much traction we are getting in Asia before launch into the USA.

How many times have you looked at a Company where shareholders have made a mint to think, crikey, “an MCap of £3.5M and only 15M shares in issue, how come I didn’t find it back then?”

As discussed, this sector ( Giving Global governmental Investment & Support), and a CEO who’s invested £500K into the Company are 2 good reasons to have some faith in the future here.

With an MCap of £3.5M and only 15M shares in issue this little Company could 10 bag on a decent contract or 2, for starters.

This isn’t a ramp because I’ve invested in a number of Companies that have multi bagged, (most recent being ARB from 6p last November, check my posting history if you wish but I made a small fortune on that.

The small share issue and potential for a few contracts around £2 Million ( not far fetched given the FIRST contract with a Government department was for £400K) would catapult this forward, revenue in 2022 at say £4M, Valuation x10 revenue MCap £40M = SP of £2.70.

Disclosure: 50000 shares at 24.5 av.

However, I look to increase to 100K shares shortly & will probably further my investment on news.

The fact that they’ve upped production of Graphene to “2 shifts to create capacity for demand, now producing hundreds of kilos a week and won’t be long until we’re making tonnes of material” , they’ve had to move factories!!

This is one of the few stocks I’ve come across that has the potential for an immediate significant re-rate.

Happy to hold & wait and seeing as we haven’t had a post here for 3 months I thought I’d air my views.

Yes, of course I’m interested in where future revenue will come from.

But the point of a decent ( compared to our MCap) Government department Contract regarding our Boiler emissions reduction technology is that many more could follow, not just Government contracts, but across swathes of industry looking to make a start in meeting greener targets.

This space is hot & only getting more so, and the big plus here is that the MCap is tiny, and with only 15M shares in issue a half decent sized contract will catapult the SP many multiples, if buyers can get the stock.

And I agree that our involvement with City Oil could be of significant interest.

Oh yes, plus the £400K contract with a UK Government department for the use of our M2G technology……

The £43K is forward booked revenue for 2022.

You don’t mention the circa £1M revenue up to July 7th RNS, more than x2 the revenue in 2020.

Our Chairman, RP, now holds 10.3% of the Company, that’s a big tick in my book when the BoD are aligned to shareholders.

I can see a lot of news & opportunities in the space coming thick & fast.
