Momentum building and those longer term investors know news is around the corner pertaining to The Companies MODE is building their alliances with.

I thought this had a whiff of movement when I posted this morning.

Has consolidated for a while now, potential strong moves up, Bitcoin rewards, pay etc, I sense MODE could turn around strongly.

IPO at 50p and £7.5M raised by II’s and other investors at that price.

All Tech stocks dropped hard across the board but expect the bounce to be just as strong, especially with news released into a stronger sentiment in this sector.

Low freefloat as witnessed by the swift moves up & down, by I’m sensing some strong moves North.

TEHRAN - Head of Iran’s Civil Aviation Organization (CAO) Mohammad Mohammadi-Bakhsh said the country has imported 10 passenger airplanes with an average age between 15-20 years over the past three months, Tasnim news agency reported.

Speaking in a press conference on Wednesday, Mohammadi-Bakhsh announced that the CAO is negotiating with European companies to supply the equipment and parts needed by the country’s airlines.

“Our negotiations for the supply of airplane parts are being pursued simultaneously with the negotiations for the revival of the nuclear deal,” the CAO head said.

Aplenty at this price, stock tight so moves quickly.

I sold up after the rise from 5p to 33p and couldn’t believe looking back in last week that it was still 35p 7 years later……yes I’m aware a few more shares in issue.

looking at the imminent Gas production & ridiculous gas prices it’s good to be back in, lovely defensive stock with loads of upside, great to be back in again!!

DARK certainly pulling in some high ranking clients.

Oh yes, results rather excellent too.

Of Gas flowing from new UK reserves by an independent UK Company couldn’t be more timely.

I suspect this will be the news that will galvanise the share price.

I was invested here 6 years ago and did extremely well, buying at 5p on 22/01/2016 when things looked pretty dismal.

I’ve rebuilt a position as I want defensive stocks & see this as highly undervalued.

Yes, there are more shares in issue than 6 years ago but I sold at 33.1p on the 17th August 2016.

So buying again at 35p and at a time of positivity for The Company, it seems numerous hurdles have been overcome and first Gas will be a momentous occasion.

It has been stated that one of Mark Ward’s functions has been to improve shareholder communication which naturally extends to The Regulatory News Service.

In the same RNS as Mark Ward’s appointment ( and giving us all his identity) We have been told to expect an update ‘later this month’.

It is without question that we will have an update on Monday 28th February as it is the last day of the month.

Mark Wards reputation is on the line from day 1, and having researched this gentleman, he’s a stickler for organised, proper, thoroughly well run businesses.

And communication & leadership is key to that.

The 500K sell enabled the buyer to fill the x2 250 buys, so people want in.

As there is such little freefloat here, if you wait for news it’s very difficult to fill a decent order, so it’s best to accumulate whilst it’s quiet.

I note a 375K buy, but the price hasn’t moved, so perhaps our seller is still unloading.

I certainly wouldn’t sell down at this level, but investors ate nervous, understandably.

Uncorrelated returns will be a safe haven, so I expect steady growth here. Let’s see.

I also like the appointment of Mark Ward, clearly a very shrewd & clever businessman , and the fact that he’s taken a 20% holding in The Company.

The steady non correlated returns in what is going to be one of the most volatile periods in the markets will see significant investment in this sector I suggest.

This stock is tightly held and can move very quickly.

So be prepared.

This has Dropped on revenue falling by 20%, with a dollop of Putin on top.

However, intrim Divi is up, and HL have a progressive Dividend policy, so expect further increases, they’ve got plenty of cash.

As more investors seek dividend returning stock this cash generator looks like a good addition for a balanced portfolio.

Bought a chunk today & will add on any further weakness.
