I have spoken with Barclays and Fidelity and they are both onto it with the open offer being made available (from Fidelity) in the next 24 hours. They make the securities available on your account (but not tradeable) and if you put the cash in then they get converted into ordinary shares on the date specified in the Prospectus (9 July I think)

Has anyone been notified by their broker of the Corporate action. I am on three platforms and so far only one has. What is the deadline for lodging an application for additional shares - is it 8 July?

BP up 7.75%, Enquest 6.89% so we are very tightly aligned to that. IE we are linked to POO - nice to see a rational market in operation.

agree - positive news on the interference issue, higher flow rates and Brent double what it was a month ago are the vital ingredients

The RNS is still ambiguous on Lincolns future but it is clear that the intent to exploit is there if the OGA get off their sarases. if and when that happens we fly upwards surely?

Pretty solid results - maiden profit and cash reserves of 156m USD. Although anticipated this should be welcome news as HURR now should get noticed by some more sensible II's and others

Agree - but also presents massive opportunities. If and when the dust settles (as it surely will) there will have been some big money to have made.....and we have an opportunity sitting right here in HURR

surely that would be immediately disclosable - ie representing a material risk for the company. Unlikely

or are we victim to Brent and Dow being down.....?
