Prudent for the company to raise huge amount of cash. Its going to only get harder for company's to raise large amounts of cash in an ever increasing inflationary environment & maybe recession. This company Shares in Issue is only 87 million as of today, so IMO can afford to do this cash raise by selling new shares. More liquidity for the share. Company has great producing assets in USA and If as they put this cash to good use. As of today, I have no problem with what the company is doing . I am not a day trader.
