Hydras, I have never dealt in shorts etc so it's very much a blind spot for me. But looking at the OTC link kindly sent through by Duff, there don't appear to be that many short positions open? Showing my ignorance here. But where else does one look for shorters and their positions?

Womo, TP will simply regurgitate the RNS. Always found their notes a bit of a waste of time. I thought this was a solid update shoring up the foundations for lots of positive news flow. What's not to like?

Nelson, I think we're well worth £1.75bn!! I will fly home for that get together if we get to £1 per share. Might even turn far left on the plane. Nice to dream. In the real world, eagerly waiting for the next RNS.

MB, I hope so. But I fear that this will revert to bouncing between 1.4 and 2.3. Think I may have observed this in the past. Did toy with the idea of trading some in that range but decided to hold - for now.

To be honest, I'm not that surprised at the SP movement today. At the end of April I posted a gut feeling 'Beginning to wonder if this might be a damp squib. Market seems reluctant to play ball'. How I wish I was wrong. Can't understand how we are lower than we were a year ago given what has happened. AIM is a joke. Last time I touch a company on AIM. Might have to take that 15p exit point after all!

Papa, many thanks for sharing. I'm looking for something in excess of 15p but don't want to get too greedy! However, the potential here is huge so I imagine there will be significant interest in our acreage. GLA all. It's been a long old journey!

Papa, if this goes the way we hope then 15p seems cheap. Out of interest, and betraying my own lack of knowledge, are you basing this number on your own exit target or on past precedents of buyouts in the O&G sector?

Risky, I'm in the same ball park as you. But for me, any long term SP predictions are meaningless until we know more about the company's strategy going forward. If, as we hope, the next RNS is a banger, we need to understand next steps. And yes, the timetable attached to those steps. I think I may have repeated what somebody else on the Board said recently. But the time for clarity has arrived. No more doing this or that 'in the near term' or other such vagueness. Let's have a clear and unambiguous forward looking strategy to unlock the basin and clear/achievable milestones. Or actively look to sell the company. Them's me thoughts this morning. Exciting times!

I absolutely detest 'near term' and 'near future'. It's lazy. If you have confidence in your product then specify a realistic and achievable date. Woeful comms in my opinion.

Not long now before things start to move. Haven't heard from Neil for a while. I guess the CIZ /CIZ BIO news says it all? That said, it would be nice to have some visibility on next steps/next market etc once the US market has kicked in. I know China has been mentioned. But I wonder if EU accreditation on the back of the US developments might be next? And that's just it - speculation until we know more from AS and the team. Must be some manoeuvring in the background?
