I won't be able to attend the AGM. If anybody on this BB is attending can they kindly consider raising the issue of comms with PIs. I still feel that we are regarded as an afterthought/nuisance. The AGM itself should not be accepted as an illustration of comms. It is a legal requirement. It's the (lack of) flow of information outside of the bare minimum that I feel needs addressing. I know I've said this before. But AS hardly helps the situation. Many thanks in advance

Jace, I tend to agree. I have concluded that the small investor is simply not on AS/BoD radar. They don't need us and don't really care. This is just one means to continue financing Dr D's research which, let's face it, was probably the primary reason for coming to market. Effectively a higher level of research grant. Meanwhile, the lack of comms and seizure of marketing opportunities continues to astound and disappoint. All that said, the balance, for me, is to stick it out and see what happens. But it is becoming more difficult.

If somebody makes a serious accusation about an individual being an insider trader they should make sure they have the facts to back it up. If not apologies.or if not expect a letter. Haven’t seen the source but a process of elimination suggests it’s an account I’ve filtered. Neil, please do continue to share your research which I have found extremely informative. And do consider contacting Admin to report any serious accusations

Anybody else find the Accounts overly heavy on highlighting risk? Maybe you find what you look for. But at one point I did start to wonder why I am invested! Strong coffee set me right. Meanwhile I had a little giggle at 'Principle Two–- Understanding Shareholder Needs and Expectations - the Board is committed to maintaining good communication and having constructive dialogue with its shareholders' ......... Not sure 'maintaining good' is correct. 'Improving' strikes me as more honest/accurate?

Not sure I agree. £15k sell for a company with £76m cap. Will that really affect the SP that much? Maybe I'm wrong. But the small swings will be forgotten once Paradox comes on line

Just a personal feeling that the ship is becalmed despite the tailwind that we might have expected from a RNS. I confess that my own compass feels a little out of kilter. I thought I had a good sense of the direction of travel and when we might reasonably expect to arrive. Now, I am not so sure. Which leads me to question a host of assumptions I made about my investment. That's what poor communications can do. Unless you are a HNWI in which case you clearly get some preferential access. A real sense that the PI does not matter. Strange times. I guess I'll get over it

Brondby/Green - very measured and sensible observations. Completed agree that this could have/should have been presented in a much more positive/constructive light. I do hope CIZ takes note, acknowledges the comms gap and sets a new course.

I have sent two messages to the company via the website but had no replies. It kind of reinforces the point about lack of communication. Something similar said on Twitter/X as well. I confess that the RNS was a shock and caused me to question where CIZ is going and how long it will take. One of the key considerations of going public was access to funding so a fund raise is fair - I have no doubt there will be another before we hit markets. But it's the lack of a roadmap/updates that irks and leads to the perception that PIs are taken for granted. My holding here is clearly not on a par with others although I have added more this year. But really happy to fall behind any move to force through a 304 if this lack of comms continues. To state the obvious, this is not just about funding DC's research. It's about commercialisation. And we need to be kept informed particularly as we see an increasing number of other tests etc hitting the market (even if ours is different, it adds to the perception we are lagging behind. And perceptions matter to the market). Bit of a brain dump. Hope AS reads some of this. But I somehow doubt it. And breathe!
